Express employment is probably one of the best decisions I've made as far as finding employment…read more From the HR people all the way to the Recruiters never had one bad attitude or any miscommunication Mr Dale has put me on the best jobs that fit my resume and if for any reason things happened at the job I'm at he's the first to let me know and give me the best options for me Never any issues with pay Mr Dale, Mrs Julia and Mrs Kay are very quick to text if for any reason something looks off in my time clock or to verify hours before submitting to make sure we get an accurate check at the end of every week. I highly recommend Express employment if y'all are looking for work.

ZERO STARS!! My experience with this staffing company has…read morebeen extremely disappointing. I was told I had a position to start, completed the required background check and drug screening, and was told I would receive information about where and who to report to. I never received the promised call or information. I had to reach out myself the following day, and even after being told someone would call me back, I was left waiting again. The position starts at 4pm and it was 12pm and I STILL haven't heard anything. Communication throughout this process has been poor, and I feel my time was not respected. If a candidate is expected to complete requirements and be prepared to start a job, the staffing company should provide clear and timely communication in return. To make matters worse, after leaving me without the information I was promised for my original assignment, they attempted to offer me a completely different position to start the very next day. I was expected to somehow obtain steel-toe boots on extremely short notice in order to be prepared. To me, it seems like they switch the job I was suppose to start with someone else. Additionally, you can't expect someone to start a position that requires steel toe with short notice. You do not know the financial situation. The whole process was unfair and unprofessional.

On Sunday, I went up to Rick Leal Jr. at Gateway Fellowship Church where we both attend. I asked…read morehim about getting work with his company, or the one his parents Rick Sr. and Lucinda own, Labor on Demand. Previously I have worked for this company out of their Piedras Office, over near Babcock and IH 410 Loop. I asked him to refresh my memory regarding the difference between the Piedras Office and the Culebra Office on Culebra very close to IH 10. He stated, "The Piedras Office is for skilled workers looking for Temporary to Hire Jobs; and the Culebra Office is more simple, day-like work." I told him. "During the School year, I work part-time as a Substitute Teacher, Grades Pk-8th. The work at your Culebra Office sounds perfect for me." I spent about 25 minutes in my parked car after Gateway's Service and talking to Rick going over the Yelp Reviews on the Labor On Demand Culebra Office. I was very taken back on the LARGE NUMBER OF NEGATIVE OR "0" or "1" or very disappointing reviews on what happens here at this office. Today, Tuesday after Sunday, I am sitting in my car outside of this poorly reported on business office. I am happy to report that my experience was the TOTAL REVERSE OF THOSE HARSH REVIEWS. I just resigned up with Labor On Demand (LoD). Aussie G. was the person who went through the process of reinstating me into the system. He was kind, professional, welcoming and friendly. I felt comfortable with how he handled my Social Security Card and other things. The best part I want to offer this LOD Branch is pictures I took of their job board and a few other things that showed promising job opportunities, that is for temporary, day or a few days to a week work.
