Cheap, reliable and inexpensive…read more I needed Some tables and chairs for a party of 60 in a residential backyard. The staff was helpful and friendly. Far and away the best value I found in Converse and around San Antonio. Delivered right to the house and staged the tables and chairs neatly where instructed (I opted against the additional charge for set up for timeline reasons, but the fee seemed reasonable and I would have paid if it worked out). The tables and chairs were of good quality, which was what I expected, and were in the correct quantity. The delivery team counted the chairs and tables with me to verify accuracy and showed me how to fold the chairs properly. Next time I need similar items I'm calling J's Party Rental first and only.

So disappointed in my experience with this company. I am planning a wedding for Sept and I sent…read moreover an email to get a quote for the items I needed. I was intially impressed with their response time as they messaged back within the same hour. They advised that they only have a 25 mile radius and our venue was 32 --- 7 miles extra than what they cover...the rep I was speaking with advised they would reach out to I assume is the owner and see if he would still be willing to deliver and would follow up with me Monday (this was on a friday) Monday comes around and I hadn't received an update so I reached out JoAnn, the rep I had been speaking with, advised she had not heard anything and will try again. Another day goes by and I had not received a response so I reach out again and she advises they would deliver for a $300 delivery fee. Their regular deliver fee according to the website is $50 for up to 12 miles and $2 per mile after. Under normal circumstances this would be a total of $90 for a delivery. I completely understand their delivery radius but my venue is 7 miles out of their coverage zone. $50 to even up to $100 would have been a reasonable upcharge for a convenience fee charge but For 7 miles they are charging an extra $210!!! Completely obscene! When I addressed my concern JoAnn advised that she initially stated that I was not in her coverage zone and that she's sorry I feel some type of way...just all around bad business...I had high hopes for this company as they were heavily recommended and the reviews were great I really cannot believe how they handled themselves

The online booking process was easy, we ordered the large package (up to 4 people, 1 large item, 1 medium item, 2 small items and glass bottles). Checking in was very swift and easy as well, Grant (the owner's husband) was super friendly and explained everything very clearly! We ended up getting to break a large wooden dresser, a wooden table with glass panels, an old monitor, and a keyboard. Tools for destruction (baseball bats, a large metal wrench, sledgehammers) goggles, gloves, and a JBL speaker were provided for us. You can even bring your own items to destroy as long as they aren't something with chemicals/oil in them. You can also bring your own tools to destroy things as long as they aren't blades. We got 50 minutes to destroy everything, we got everything done in about 45 minutes, so you get a decent time to break stuff. All cleanup is handled by the staff, so you don't have to worry about making a huge mess. That's the point! I would definitely return, was smiling and laughing all through the entire 50 minutes we got. Would recommend wearing a long sleeve, maybe jeans, and some thicker shoes/boots since you'll be stepping on glass most of the time. Be mindful that fragments of glass/wood WILL go flying, so be aware of your surroundings and use common sense. We had a blast and couldn't recommend this business more!
