I recently contracted with them again to train my childrens' childcare staff (nanny and babysitter). The company had training at a location and times convenient to me. The trainer, Leo Chan, was extremely professional and after voicing my concerns that I wanted to ensure my children were in good hands, he took the extra time to allow my staff to confidently practice hands on first aid and CPR training using the equipment. He was very knowledgable and took the time to answer all questions and concerns. I've had been to BLS and CPR training with other companies in the past where you just watch. This definitely wasn't that. Leo helped my staff build the confidence that they would know how to handle emergency situations. Thank you guys, I will definitely hire this company again.

I work in the emergency room and attend UCR as a full-time student, so I spend most of my time on campus and head to work right after my classes. I heard about UCR MEEP during one of their tabling days, and I remembered they offered BLS recertification. I thought it would be the perfect way to renew my certification. In the past, the BLS classes I attended involved watching a boring video, and the instructors didn't engage much with the students beyond explaining what was required for the test. However, when I took a class with Emily Tran, I was impressed by her knowledge and the equipment she brought to the session. She was enthusiastic and highly engaging, making sure everyone participated and actually learned the material. I will definitely recertify with this company again and tell my coworkers/friends about this company!

Every class I had was full of information, broken down and explained. We learned by example and hands on. If you are debating on becoming a CNA, ICARE Academy is the best place to get licensed. They offer services to help you meet the requirements such as CPR CERTIFICATION. I did CPR with them and was by far a wonderful experience too. My CNA CLASS, was phenomenal our teacher Mrs. April made us all understand material to the point we can respond with no doubt and full of confidence. Mrs. Christine also made time to break down material we needed further explanation. In one month I became a CNA and adopted my new ICARE ACADEMY FAMILY. Truly, makes you push yourself but knowing they will NOT let one of their family fail. Even after graduation they allow us to come in a practice for our state. NO OTHER SCHOOL DOES THAT. THIS IS ONE OF THE MANY REASONS WHY THEY HAVE 100% PASSING. I would recommend and encourage anyone reading this to enroll to this Specific School. If I could, I would give 10000 GOLD STARS. Their business name is true to the core. Thank you to my wonderful new family at ICARE.
