I rescheduled a class from June to August , my August class was cancelled because the instructor was out , attempted rescheduling the cancelled class to another day in August but would never get a reply to any of my calls or emails . Finally ended up attending the class and was told the CPR certification would be sent thru email and till this day I have not received a cpr card w the date of the attended class .
