Never. Never. Never. Never again…read more This place is a disaster. I had to call customer service the first time because I did not receive instructions on how to access the skills exam room and was told that they had no record of me (I passed the online tests the day before). Then they said I must have taken the online course somewhere else. So I gave them my order number. Suddenly he found me and gave me the room code for my skills test. I called a second time when the BVM mask was deflated and did not create the seal it was intended to create. That call pointed me to a new mask that was located in a drawer. I should mention that this caused me to notice the trash which was overflowing and an additional makeshift pile was next to the trash. Also there was someone's hair all over both of the mannequins. I called a 3rd time when the adult mannequin did not accept the depth of my compressions despite my pushing so hard that I was bruising the back of my hands. Literally. I was also afraid that I was hurting my neck. I have been certified 11 different times in my life. I have never ever had to push the way they decided I needed to for this exam. The guy on the phone tried to tell me that AHA calibrates these exactly the way they want them. I told him that there is no way they have visited this site anytime recently. I encouraged him to watch me on the camera to see how bad the situation is. He refused to budge. No one should have to hurt their body to pass a CPR test. This was not a CPR skills test - it was a test of how well you can beat their malfunctioning equipment.
