I rescheduled a class from June to August , my August class was cancelled because the instructor was out , attempted rescheduling the cancelled class to another day in August but would never get a reply to any of my calls or emails . Finally ended up attending the class and was told the CPR certification would be sent thru email and till this day I have not received a cpr card w the date of the attended class . I usually attend courses in Orange, it's closer to home, and although I feel that most of the SureFire instructors have been awesome, I felt like I retained and learned more during this particular class! Thank you again Karen & I'm appreciative of the wonderful learning environment provided by SureFire.. Note: a pro over Orange office location is the proximity of the parking -- and the proximity of the bathroom although it's single "stall" :)
