My husband and I joked that in the whole time we lived there it had never been that clean. This was a completely empty house with no furniture and was intended as a pre move in cleaning. It really seemed like they didn't do that much in 4 hours. I provided all of my information, scheduled time for someone to come to my home, and received what was presented as a FREE quote and small demonstration. The actual cleaning service was never completed, yet I was still charged. At no point was I clearly informed that the quote or demonstration would result in a charge if the service did not move forward. I also want to mention something that made the experience even more uncomfortable. The gentleman who came to my home appeared to be flirting/hitting on me during the appointment. I was dismissive because I was there strictly for a professional service. I cannot say whether that had anything to do with the lack of follow-through afterward, but given the circumstances and subsequent charge, it did leave me questioning the situation. Overall, the experience felt misleading and unprofessional. If something is advertised or presented as FREE, customers should not later discover an unexpected charge--especially when the actual service was never provided. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
