The company is also called Kodiak Fence. I've dealt with…read moremany contractors over the years. Cody has provided the worst experience that I have ever had. After 3 weeks we are still waiting on our fence to be completed. It is to the point that you can not believe anything that he says. Multiple promises that workers are on their way, guys are loading the supplies, I'm an hour out and will be there personally. The kicker is he charged my credit card last week for the final amount. When called out about it claimed he told Crystal not to, but the guys were on their way to wrap up (no one showed up). I did call my credit card company to dispute the charge because the work had not been completed and STILL is NOT. For those counting, it is 9 days after they fraudulently charged my card and work is not complete. Only communicate through text to have documentation of all of the false promises.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Kody is total garbage…read more "Kody" is total a crook. I paid him to place a fence and a "pony gate" (the segment to hide the trash cans). I was told my fence would be built using the standard dimensions of concrete to be poured and I was given a "warranty" on it ... After hurricane Sally, my fence is leaning 20 degrees on every portion he built, after I communicated with him he said his warranty does not include hurricane damage... WE LIVE IN FLORIDA. Had he built the fence to ACTUAL state standards, we would have not had an issue. After MONTHS of back and forth with Kody, he told me there was family issues, then weather issues and then every excuse in the book when he would actually speak with me. Majority of our conversation took place over text... Please see the pictures. Kody or Cody, was an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. I've never received my refund, or my "pony gate"..

Not sure if we were flimflammed or if the estimate of our landscaping job was so inaccurate the…read moretotal cost was $1200.00 more than the original estimated bill. We paid 1/2 the cost of the job 6/23/25 (original bid $2725), and date completed was 7/18/25....and this was not a big job. We have a small strip of backyard, maybe 15'x80' to be leveled with dirt and new sod placed. The workers were unreliable, they did not show up when scheduled and did not communicate until we reached out to them. They were not prepared, they dumped dirt in our backyard in the pouring down rain without tarps to protect from run off. My husband had to work the whole time they were here (and after they left) to cover the dirt with tarps and level off the ground for sod prep. One of the workers ran over our mailbox and didn't even tell my husband. I discovered it when I got home from work, he asked the workers about the mailbox, and the worker stated that he may have backed into it....too much! The extra charge of $1200 evidently was for the "miscalculation" of needed fill dirt. The dirt load they originally brought covered maybe 30% of the yard....I have pictures, that load did not cover much. Total job cost $3925.00.
