The staff of Liberty Fence treated me like family from the beginning of a process that went incredibly fast and easy. Rex Sutton, the owner, could not have been more professional, competent and kind every time I spoke to him. He met me at my house immediately after calling him to inquire about a quote and quickly assessed our fencing needs.
Though my project was relatively small, he gave me a quote quickly, which was lower than the other 4 companies I contacted about this fence. One company was literally twice as much, for the same style of fence. Then his efficient, friendly workers installed the fence lightning fast, of a quality which seems superior to other fences in the neighborhood in terms of the quality of wood used.
I don't know how Liberty Fence does it, they were the cheapest, fastest, and best quality. Usually you get one of the three, possibly two if you're lucky. But never all three. And the service could not have been better. Everyone at the company had the same great attitude and sense of pride in their company. I just cannot recommend this company enough.
And, I knew nothing of this company nor do I know anyone at this company, and was not sent to them by a friend or a family member. I called them based only on the fact that I noticed that they did most of the other fences in the neighborhood.
I wish every industry had a company of Liberty Fence caliber. Whether it be air travel, home builders, hotels - or whatever, it seems with each passing year we have had to settle for less quality at higher prices. It is great to know that some people still take pride in their work and also realize that a customer that is taken care of will recommend their work to friends and family members.
