Six days later the car was still not picked up and we canceled the service. They said they would return our deposit... we will follow up on that and hope they at least do that correctly. We had to cancel our airline tickets and ended up driving the car ourselves across the country. Their lack of professionalism and not doing a service they promised put us in a very difficult position. I do NOT recommend this company- they were apologetic but that didn't solve the problem.
