So far so very, very good. Basement flooded last night. Worked with my insurance company - tried a competitor (same one I had used in 2008 when the same thing happened back then) and they failed me this year. 24/7 operation and couldn't send anyone out to me last night. My insurance adjuster got wind of this just this AM. Wasn't happy and offered me Sure Clean as a high end company with a professional crew to assist me. I told him I wasn't about to ditch the company I had tried to get out last night not out of loyalty but to hold them accountable for following through....I asked if he can get Sure Clean on the phone and committed to me sooner than later, I'll cancel the competitor. Spoke to Ron mid AM who told me he could have a crew out around 12/1ish. Talk about same day and practically on the hour service...unbelievable. I told him yes, I wanted his help. Not even a half hour after we spoke, one of his leaders called to tell me it would be within 30 min. My team showed up this AM. Very professional. Very polished in explaining what all needed to be done and how they were going to do it. Still knocking it out and I'm so very relieved. My previous company told me at 9:30 am I would be on their "priority" list and it would most likely not be till late afternoon if that. Talk about priority. So far so good. Ntohing is worse than a broken s.pump and water to match all over your basement. Sure Clean has really impressed me so far! Update, March 17: Happy St. Patty's Day! Sure Clean rocked. I wanted to wait and get settled in my home before giving a review. I had a house fire in 2017 and used this company as it was suggested by my insurance company. The only thing left standing was the structure. My biggest complaint was the people they brought in to do the work were mediocre and the dry wall used is not comparable to what I had (the walls are thin). I also had some sentimental items that were stolen from the demolition crew when I thought it was taken to get clean. When I complained about it I was told to just claim it with the insurance company. Now that my 1 year warranty has passed I now have issues with the work that they did. I gave a two star because I did get a couple upgrades, and the guy I was working with the most Todd was a nice guy, but even after a while he began to ignore my emails and communication was minimal, and acted as if I were a nuisance when I complained about the shoddy work of their crew. Example: My elderly mother fell down the stairs due to the improper installation of the stairs. It took them multiple tries to get the installation of the stairs correct. They were notified of the fall but ignored it. There are more examples but I'll end it here. Overall the look of the house is good, but it is noticeable where they skimped on material and time. My advice for this company would be to get a more qualified experienced crew, listen, and communicate better with the customer. I would not recommend this company read more

Sure Clean has been one of the worst companies to come into my nana's house. They have left a hole in our ceiling since May, so 7 months. Instead of telling us they had a heavy workload, they have left us hanging. My mother has spoken to Scott, and he has not been of any help at all. It's cold in our living room due to the hole, our walls are starting to budge in since the water is still leaking in. My mother's room is still a mess, they ripped carpet up, and we were told they would spray raid, they did not. Our ceiling has more cracks, and more water spots coming up in both my mother's room, and the living room. At this point we will most likely have to replace the whole wall in the living room. I would not recommend Sure Clean to my worst enemy. Nobody has done anything to help us, and it is constantly running in circles with them. It is absolutely ridiculous. They lied and told us they would come back in 3 weeks, that was about July, and of course they haven't. Would love to switch businesses, but unfortunately our insurance company (Nationwide) hasn't been much help either. My mother is highly allergic to mold, and her face has been swollen, and she has been incredibly ill most days now, sleeping constantly. We have a storage room that we spent all day cleaning out, busted out butts trying to get everything done before they came back the next day. They didn't come back.This has been an atrocious experience, and my poor grandmother has been left with a cold living room and kitchen when she already has issues with circulation that cause her to be cold. In December I had a major house fire, my insurance contacted Sure Clean to do the clean out. Nick came out the next day to discuss everything with me and I felt so comfortable with him I decided to have them do all of the repairs. From the start the communication was top notch, never did I have to call them for updates. When the insurance wanted to take shortcuts they fought for what was the correct way and got it done. They walked me thru everything step by step and when I hard a hard time making decisions they really helped out. I totally recommend this company they are amazing. read more
