Came in for a simple 14mm quartz banger owner said I have these I said yea but the glass is thin that's low end quality thicker glass maintains heat more. He looked at me like he has never heard of thicker glass before. Same dude that has ran this store for 8+years. Absolutely quiet, speechless, had no idea what I'm talking about. Just a lost look in his eyes. Then I told him I need a torch. The one he shows me didn't light up he said yea the flames are all the same. Even tho the prices are 20,25,30,40. What the f? I said I'm not buying it until I see a flame. He goes oh ok and walked away to help another customer. They've been around for awhile I don't know how they stay in business with SERVICE like this. Some if these reviews say the sales guys are rude. Ive been here tons of times as its around the corner from me, but the dudes here are chill. They let you do your shopping, will answer some questions if they can, but at the end of the day, most of the products in there are more of a personal taste kind of thing, and require your own research before going in... or maybe thats just how I am. Purchased a cartridge battery here and it died in less than a week. I took it back and the guy tested the battery and agreed that it was defective but then refused to exchange it. Will never shop here again. Poor customer service and terrible experience. read more

I think it's pretty bad for business to be able to keep erasing my reviews "Supreme Smoke"... you should know now that I will always come back and leave this nice little review to explain how yal cheated me out of a pen and took my money. I've been going to this place since 2014, and I will never do so again after this last experience. So I was planning a trip to Colorado.. and in there for a pen battery. I told the dude that I needed it for my trip, (not that it matters what you tell them because they are so damn high all the time and monotone) and he recommended some POS battery and said they're all the same Long story short, my battery never worked and when I got back into town (a week later mins you) I called over to the shop and they said there was nothing that they could do because I didn't bring it back the next day. VERY BAD BUSINESS, I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. There's plenty of other head shops that will treat you with respect and actually want you to come back. This place is not it. Also, started getting quite a bit of a boring sight to see the same pieces everytime I went in there. I mean years.. dusty heady glass everywhere. Btw, this was back in September 2020. This is my third one I'm writing because they keep deleting my reviews. They dont care about costumer service as long as they make that first sale. They dont replace faulty products and their liquid is sooooo gross. I kept going there in hopes they would get better costumer service because it was close to my house but nope. Supreme Smoke is more of a museum for the average first timer. The walls are casually decorated with local art. Their inventory of quality glass is second to none. I have always used this shop for all my needs and they have taken care of me well and keep their pricing reasonable. On Sunday I walked in and was treated well as always. Took home a couple of necessities. One in particular being an imini 2 and they tested it at the cashier. Upon testing it the battery wouldn't start even after the sales associate charged it. I told them it was okay and that I would leave it charging so see if it works. As they acknowledge it and claimed I could come back, I left a tip in their 401k jar and left. Today I go back in with a default vape battery (the same one they tested and didn't work) to see if I could get any reasoning for it. Turns out regardless of the fact that it was tested and failed you're still screwed over and they will only give you a discount on your next purchase. Even after showing the new associate the receipt of the recent purchase it was not honored. They will not replace any factor defected items in their shop. I recommend you test EVERYTHING before any purchase because even if they see it faulty they won't replace it after purchase. read more

My name is Angela C. Taylor-Flynn and it is rare that I take the time out to write a negative review as I prefer to focus on the positive. I have been supporting this shop for over almost 2 years by being a regular customer and purchasing several high priced items and buying their juices on the regular, at this shop and their new one near my area in Shavano Park/Stone Oak. I have had a couple of not too great experiences with one worker named Scott in the past, but I chose to overlook them, until today. I was just treated with extreme rudeness in front of several other customers. He was sarcastic and very short with me when I asked just a simple question. It was so bad, that I called the manager and complained. The manager, Jeremy, was nice but this incident was the final straw for me and I will be taking my money and patronage to another vape shop with hopefully some better customer service. Although the manager said he would make the situation right and I truly appreciate him for it, I do not feel comfortable going back there again, especially after having been a customer for so long only to be made to feel like a heel over a simple question.
