Teller proceeded to tell me it was a personal check and that I'd need to open a personal account. Example 2: Despite having previously used the night drop with no issues, last week I used it, but the funds were not credited to the account. After calling four times, I was told that there was no night drop agreement in place. I had to go in and sign one and make the deposit they were holding. You'd think they would contact me and tell me there was an issue, but no I had to wonder.
