The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. He misrepresented financial details on the seller's side, which caused us to lose money. He claimed he never spoke to the buyer, but later admitted he talked to their assistant -- a misleading and dishonest move. He also gossiped about our family's private matters to the title company and to other agents, which was confirmed by staff at the title company. I even shared highly sensitive medical information with him in confidence, and I now believe he shared it with others, despite me asking him not to. This could be a HIPAA violation. He inserted himself into business that didn't involve him, yelled at me during the sale, and told me I "would be paying Diamond" -- a situation that was between him and another agent, not me. Diamond and I had a professional relationship, and he had no reason to interfere. He was often unavailable unless there was something in it for him, and he clearly gossiped about us to others throughout the process. Another agent he worked with even mentioned he was talking behind our backs. It was completely unprofessional from start to finish. I will be filing a formal complaint with the real estate licensing board as well. If you want an agent who advocates for YOU, respects your privacy, and keeps it professional -- look elsewhere.
