Please read about my experience below. If you do decide to hire Supreme Clean, I would suggest you consider doing the following beforehand: 1. Arrange to hire for a specified period of time instead of by the job. This will ensure that she completes everything and that she is present long enough to work through any unresolved issues. 2. She will expect 100% payment up front. My recommendation is to negotiate a 50% down, 50% at completion arrangement. I have learned through this experience that if a service provider wants all money up front, they are probably not be worth doing business with. 3. Ask what products she will be using as she doesn't include this information. She refuses to use bleach, which is fine, but then claimed to use Soft Scrub with bleach in my bathroom. She also uses a cleaner called 'Fabuloso' which I had never heard of but, after searching, is commonly sold in Dollar General stores. 4. Perform a walk-through of the area to be cleaned and specifically explain to her what you expect. 5. She has a very specific satisfaction guarantee policy that does not appear on the contract she sends, be sure to request and review this. 6. Check Groupon, as she usually has deals that would save you more than 50% off what she will quote you. Yolanda Ash of Supreme Cleaning quoted me an $365 for a move-in clean for my 700 sq ft condo. For that, she promised before and after photos, to clean and sanitizing my kitchen and bathroom (inside all appliances), sweep and mop behind stove and refrigerator, clean all blinds, glass and mirrored surfaces, clean inside and outside all cabinets, sweep, vacuum, and mop all floor surfaces, wipe down all baseboards, doors, door jams, sweep and mop my patio, and dust and wipe all my light fixtures and ceiling fans. After a very short time spent in my unit, she notified me that she was finished and left. What I found was that the floor in my coat closet was untouched and filthy, the fan in my bedroom was untouched and very dusty, the fridge had dust on top of it, the microwave had food under it, the floors were streaked, two doors had finger prints on them and my bathroom vanity had dust. It essentially looked as though things were wiped down as opposed to sanitized. It took repeated phone calls and finally involving her friend who referred her to me to get her back. From the time she left until the time she returned was about two hours. When she returned, she did complete the items we pointed out. She then agreed to return and finish the job, promising to bring floor cleaner, which I felt she should have brought with her, then departed. After she left, I still didn't feel that there was the thorough cleaning and sanitizing that I paid for. There were streaks still on my floor, no smell of cleaning products used and I then noticed that my floor to ceiling windows were not cleaned to my satisfaction. I was informed by someone that they witnessed her assistant use the same rag in my kitchen that was used in my bathroom. I later declined her offer to return, as I was not comfortable having her in my home again. I could not take the time off work to supervise her to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction, which I felt was necessary after all that was left undone before. I also felt that I would need to ensure that cleaning tools were not used in my kitchen after being used in my bathroom. I respectfully asked for a partial refund, which she denied me. I felt violated and taken advantage of. I work really hard for the money I earn and I thought this would help to make the move more seamless, but instead just caused more grief. I just hope that this review helps others to avoid that experience and/or feeling the same way. read more

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Ive had home cleanings before. I found gorupon for this company and gave it try. My overt the phone consultation set a high expectation and I was excited about the service I was about to receive. Btu was QUICKLY let down. The two workers showed up to mu house on time. And got right to work. He asked me what I wanted to focus on, I sad my kitchen. They decided to start upstairs with the bathrooms. That took almost 2 hours. Strike number one was when he first came in, he said, "I thought you told my boss it wasn't that dirty in here!" He said it jokingly but its not your place to tell me how dirty my house is. Im busy, I don't have time to clean. Thats why you're here. That rubbed me the wrong way. Strike 2. I was in the process of painting my bathroom. The guy took the paint pan off the floor next to the dirty toilet and put it on my bed! WITH PAINT IN IT! I came in to grab something out my room and saw that and moved and asked him not to do that. After taking forever up stairs they finally came do kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The lady cleaned the kitchen. There was still obvious caked on dirt and grime on the counter tops. and the marble counter tops were very cloudy and muggy looking. She also had the auto clean on, on the stove. I thought that was apart of her process. Ive never used it before. about 30 mins later I came down stairs and the house full of smoke. Obvious smoke with a burnt smell. I asked them what was the smoke. they both said they didnt know. I went into the kitchen and smoke was bellowing out of my oven. At this point the smoke alarm goes off. I asked the lady did you wipe out the oven or something first before turning on the auto clean? She responded, "I don't even know how to use that. I didnt know I turned it on. Must have hit a button when I was wiping it." So she could have burned down my house!? And didnt know? Below is a list of things they didnt do. 1 The guy was cleaning my master bath and took a paint pan I had on the floor next to the toilet and PUT IT ON MY BED. Not just on the comforter. ON MY WHITE SHEETS. I had to tell him to remove it. 2They did not mop the master bath 3The upstairs hallway was not mopped or swept. 4There was still dirt and pee splattered around the bottom of the toilet. 5They moved both upstairs bathroom trash cans to my 2nd bedroom and left them there with out emptying them for some reason. 6My ceiling fan was not cleaned 7Somehow all the clothes in the 3rd bedroom, hall bathroom, master bathroom and master bedroom got all mixed together. Dirty clothes with clean. My roommates clothes with mines. Clean towels mixed with dirty rugs off the floor. I would have rather they have not touched ANYTHING. Instead of providing me a "courtesy" that results in HOURS of sorting and doing laundry. 8The second shelf of the coffee table was not cleaned or dusted. They simply threw everything on the top of the table on the bottom. 9The fireplace mantle was not clean or dusted. 10Neither area rug in the living room or dining room was not cleaned, vacuumed, or shaken out. 11None of the appliances on the counter in the kitchen were cleaned. 12The counter tops were very cloudy and still had stuck on residue. 13There were still random things behind the pillows and in the cracks of the couch. And to put the icing on the cake. The owner emails me the next morning and says her workers told her I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning, and proceeded to tell my why I basically need to be satisfied because it was a groupon and not a full service cleaning. I was outraged. How dare you not ask THE CUSTOMER what was wrong but rathe let you employees dictate it and then tell me why I need to be happy. I replied with my resigning and never got a response. If I could give them negative stars I would. It as terrible and unprofessional! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. read more
