My 89 year old parents was side swiped by another car who didn't even have the decency to be accountable for what they did. My parents don't speak English and were victims of a "hit and run." This accident happened a couple of blocks from their home. They were quite shaken. In the past we have have used Supreme Bodywerks and have been pleased by their service. I dealt with Dave Bosak and I'm giving him and the shop 5 stars. They deserve more recognition for the work that they do, even if my job was light damage. They repaired my EV+Hybrid pretty quickly and the car came out fantastic. He is genuinely interested in saving me money, and I could tell and appreciate that. We got fortunate and did not have to blend another panel on the car, and save another piece. He also understood everything I was trying to explain and there was no confusion. He only did the work that I requested and nothing extra. He does spend enough time with the car owner. When choosing a shop to fix my car I actually felt a little remorse if I would not choose this place. Also, he helped me with another issue I was dealing with from another business. He did not have to do that. Side note: Like most body shops this place is a collision shop, there aren't too many restoration shops around. read more

A driver made an illegal U-Turn from the right lane across 4 lanes of traffic and damaged the front end of my brand new car. The first month I bought my car in 2005 I struggled almost nightly to park it in my not-quite-large-enough-for-a-real-car garage. I scratched it against the chicken wire someone had wrapped the base in sometime in the 80s; I dented the wheel wells trying to negotiate the turn from the alley into the garage. Until yesterday, my car looked like it had been pulled from a junk yard and beaten with a bat. And it would have continued to look that way had some jerk not taken out my rear left taillight. I'm pretty reserved about trying out new things when it comes to my car's maintenance. I was ripped off by a few evil mechanics when I was still a naive car owner and since then have been rather gun shy about trying out any unknown (to me) mechanics and bodyshops. But I was desperate. Unlike the other car injuries, the back light had to be fixed. And I couldn't wait. I found a place near me - Supreme Bodywerks - and gave them a call. Within ten minutes I found myself face-to-face with Dave, one of the owners, who told me how he would proceed. He could buy a new part or a used one (I opted for used) and he could replace my damaged bumper or just spiff it up (I chose the latter). It would be a one day job, something another guy had quoted me for $375. I hoped it would be less. I dropped it off in the morning and at 4 pm, when I expected it to be complete, Dave gave me a call. It seems his guys had -oops- accidentally smashed the back window on my hatchback. He would find me a rental for the night and cover it for me, and if he couldn't, he would give me his own car. He would replace the window the next day. I was annoyed at the inconvenience but appreciated his honesty and his lack of hesitation to do the right thing. He was a consummate professional in dealing with an easy repair gone wrong. The fix was completed the next day and the car looked almost as good as when I bought it. They had buffed out some of the scratches, repaired both bumpers, and, of course, replaced the tail light and the window. I had never asked him to fix the bumpers, but he did, and I was thrilled. I almost teared up. In the end, the repair came down well below the $375 I had been quoted by another shop. Dave sold me only what I needed and didn't try to upsell me or convince me I needed something I didn't. I'd go back, absolutely, and I probably will once I decide I am going to trade the old girl in for something with a little more verve. read more

I've had repairs done to our truck after my daughter getting in a couple accidents. The work they do is excellent. I wouldn't think to go anywhere else.
