Review long time coming…read more Installed a TV mount to my chimney fireplace and it's rock solid. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

My dad referred me to HT express, noting a good experience in the past. Javier came out same day and worked with me on the schedule. We kept in touch throughout the day on when I'd be home from work, so we could coordinate the appointment. Great communication. He arrived. Very clean with my house and very respectful to not damage or mess anything up in my home (some contractors are way too careless with their equipment). He explained my options in terms of mount placement, and was respectful of me in terms of my extra requests to use a special bracket on the TV. Everything was explained to me in advance. Work was excellent - and I think be went above and beyond. Hooked up all my cables, my soundbar (and explained it to me since I didn't really know how to use it), and cleaned my TV too. Price was extremely reasonable for the experience and service. It was nice having everything be so easy, given the prior contractor I had to deal with (and still dealing with the fix all the bad work). Would highly recommend and use again. I attached a picture. As a note, I did not want the TV centered vertically. I wanted it where it is so it would be better for viewing in my opinion. This does leave a bigger gap above the TV, but it's what I wanted.

Ken does an absolutely stunning job. We have some difficult, uneven windows with tricky cut-outs, and he handled them flawlessly. Now they said we have to charge you a fee to make sure we can do the job (recessed box) and now instead of an extra $150 for the job it will be closer to $500 because we misquoted you. Mind you these people sent me a picture of a recessed box they've done and it was exactly what we agreed on. They said we thought you meant something else, like , really? You sent a photo to confirm and we agreed. Honor your prices don't be short sighted. Better to create a loyal customer.

We can not say enough about Jason and his team at Virtual Perfections. We have done several…read moreremodels in the last 30 years and after finding VP we would not use another AV team for our projects. Internet, Apple, alarm, cable, music, lighting, remote control shades and Amazon Alexa are all integrated onto the Control4 system that he set up.  We can control our devices at home through voice commands, which I like, or through the more traditional panel and switches, which my wife is more comfortable with.  We can also do all this remotely through our phone if needed. Along the way we (not Jason) have had some "learning curve" issues and Jason has always - even during holidays - gotten back to us very promptly. He does really want you to understand and use the system he has created for your project.  His knowledge of the field is superior and he enjoys keeping up with industry, so you know you will get excellent advice. He tried to "save" our receiver but after testing it, we knew we needed a replacement. Offered different models and explained each and even installed it on a Sunday. Last week, I called Tee and advised I needed to move a DirecTV box and switch some wiring and that I would be in town for the week, but if inconvenient, would call when we return to HB. He texted Wed night and indicated Glen would be over at 9 a.m. on Thursday. Not a big job but he got it done for us as promised. The last time, I had three TV's mounted on the wall, and he did not, personally come, but two of his "installers" came. The work was not up to par if T's work, but the job got done. I desperately needed T's help, recently, to re-hook up my living room TV and components, as I went through some renovations and the workers did not know how to hook everything back. I called and texted T SEVERAL times, not to ever get a return call or response. I told him what I needed done, which, for T, should've been a quick, easy job. After all, it was good original work and set up. Phone calls, texts, and emails were to no avail and went completely unanswered! I am so disappointed in him! This is highly unprofessional of him. He should have responded in some form or fashion. I had spoken highly of him, in the past, and wrote him an outstanding review, but now I have to speak/review my current experience with T and it is VERY UNFAVORABLE! Sorry, T, but you really disappointed me and let me down! I certainly can't say much about your work ethics, customer service, and return calls!
