They have every kind of fabric & usually the complete line of whatever they have so ----get ready to spend time there. The classes are great and beginners or advanced can learn. They have an in-house long arm quilter and a machine that you can rent too. The retreat room upstairs is fab--bright and airy and they have trunk shows of amazing quilts. All in one place. It is fab. Logan quilters are so lucky! The staff is so helpful and dear and help with everything you throw at them. In Utah, we selected Village Dry Goods primarily due to their row selection and also their proximity to our route.

I recently moved to Northern Utah and there aren't a lot of quilting shops up here. I am not your…read more"typical" quilter ... mainly because I am only in my 30's! I prefer more modern and trendy patterns and like most quilt shops this one caters to an older demographic with more traditional taste. I did find some very cute fabric but it took some searching. The shop is a bit cluttered and I feel the location at Rainbow Gardens is bizarre! The price for a fat quarter is $3 so I'd say that is comparable to most quilt shops that carry quality fabric. For the fabric selection I'd give this shop a "3." The service is absolutely a "5." The owner was very attentive and helpful. She was giving a lot of help to other patrons but kept coming back to me. I brought my children to the shop with me and the owner gave them candy and she has a little table set up for kids. This was really a bonus because I have no choice but to take my children everywhere with me and I appreciate businesses who understand this and accommodate me. Overall, I would say that there isn't a large selection of fabric that suits my particular taste but they do have a lot of fabric to choose from. I will go back because they do have some good prints and the service is really great.
