I had been dealing with shoulder blade pain for almost a month and a half, and Jenny immediately knew where to focus. I simply showed her where it hurt, and she quietly got to work. I requested extra CBD oil, and she spent nearly the entire first hour working very carefully and thoroughly on the area--releasing so much tension, pain, and knots. What impressed me most was that she still managed her time so well. She worked through the rest of my body, so nothing was left untouched. By the end, my shoulder felt so much lighter, and I could move my neck and shoulder much more freely. She also incorporated hot stones and cupping, which helped release even more tension. I've tried 20+ massage places across the Metroplex over 15+ years, and Jenny is honestly one of the best massage therapists I've ever experienced. Her technique, tenderness, attention to detail, and professionalism really stood out to me. For this reason, I have been a faithful customer for two years. Whenever I have anything sore or I just need to relax from stress, Healing Massage McKinney therapists are the only choice for me. Leah, Amy and Cindy are all incredible. Each of the therapists are very gifted at assessing where you hurt based on your movements but certainly will ask where to concentrate and the type of pressure:massage style you wish Thai, Swedish, Hawaiian ( lomi Lomi) to have for relief. Under their care I've had neck , shoulder, migraine headache and Hip/sciatic nerve pain relief. Also, if you need to be stretched they can do so in a way that allows you to gain better range of motion afterwards. Give it a go for 30 minutes and I am very sure you will ask to extend your massage. I, for instance, go no less than 90 minutes to 120 Minutes.
