The wait was OK , The Staff Is Very Friendly BUT The ONLY DOWNSIDE IS I could have done MY OWN eyebrows at home with THIS FINALE ! I didn't notice till I got home as I just got in and drove home , she did show me the mirror before I left but I just saw the cleaninless and shape from afar as I don't have my glasses so I was content . Because I was content I rechecked then when I got home to THIS :( I'm very upset ... be careful who does your eyebrows at this place - unfortunately they need more practice . read more

Deceptive practice; they had a big sign out by the road saying Haircuts $8.99. Drive all the way around the parking lot go in and find out it's only for kids 12 and under and $22.00. Not worth it! read more

I waited an hour and got bumped 4 times! I expected a wait and I'm pretty patient. The first bump was due to an appointment which was completely understandable. Then a family came in and tailcoated 4 children off of 1 appointment. How dumb I feel for giving this place the benefit of the doubt. After the team spent 30 mintues with a cash register issue that went unresolved I called it quits. Never again! read more

Went in on a Sunday to have my 7 year old daughters hair cut. Wait was about 30 min which didn't seem long since they had iPads set up to play on & a nice man was walking around doing magic tricks for the kids. My daughter wanted to cut a good amount of length off. The stylist brushed our her hair, took the scissors & went straight across. That was it. The haircut cost me $12+tip. Her hair is now very uneven. I'll definetly need to take her to a salon to fix it. The stylist was nice but I'm thinking this place is geared more towards men since there was plenty of guys getting haircuts while we were there. read more

Not happy at all cane in for a haircut signed in was sitting waiting for 35 min someone decided to go online and get an appointment mind u I already was checked in and waiting for 35 min before this man checked in online he comes in my son is in the chair waiting because they only have 1 person working she decideds to help the person at the register that just walked in mind u im at 35 min waiting then we wait another 5 while she explains to this other person the cost it will be for color etc.... man who got an appointment onlije walks in son still in chair he isnt happy he has to wait 20 min just like we already have expect less time so girl asks me if he can jump ahead of us REALLY?????? IT WASNT LIKE HE HAD THE APPOINTMENT MADE BEFORE US WE WAITED OUR TIME AND SHE BUMPED US FOR HIM even though I was obviously not happy about this and found it VERY RUDE and unprofessional this will he the last time I come here what makes his business more important then ours?????? I was informed by a very reparable source that the general contractor that started the renovations on site at this location was done very dirty by the owner! The story i heard was the GC received 1/2 down for the labor to paint the walls & lay flooring. this contractor was overwhelmed due to having numerous projects going at once so progress seemed to drag though deadline to complete was 3 months. within a couple weeks into the project, the painting was well over 75% done and with the flooring removed, prep work & floating the floor was well on its way roughly 25% complete. The owner of this establishment decided things were not advancing as imagined so the GC was terminated by the owner, prior to completing the tasks listed above. After this had taken place, the owner decided that not only payments to the Contractor for completed work be cut off, the owner decided that the Contractor should return some of the money received. this isn't it though, the owner also set $5,000 worth of tools that belonged to the contractor outside in a very congested area that was never seen again! I've had long hair majority of my life, Laura convinced me to do a long bob, I was very hesitant at first. She was very nice about it, I trusted her advice due to my hair being so thick I felt it would look bad. Once I got home and styled it, it looked amazing!
