Worst salon experience I've ever had. Went in wanting a dark brown ombré (to preface, my hair was…read morealready dark brown). I showed the man doing my hair an exact picture of what I wanted. Albert was my stylist and proceeded to bleach my entire head 3 times until it was fried and orange. He then proceeded to dry & style it and asked me if I liked it, and it looked NOTHING like I wanted. I told him I was not happy and that it needed to be brown, not orange. He gave me severe attitude about it & then argued with me about what I wanted. He then attempted to do a color correction and it came out even more orange than before. At that point I paid & left almost in tears. I called the salon manager and owner to try and get my money back. They told me that they would not give me my money back until I let him try to do ANOTHER color correction after my hair and scalp were already fried. My scalp physically hurts now and there is no way they will ever touch my hair again. That's 200 dollars down the drain. I honestly can't believe that they won't give me my money back after this horrendous experience. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Chelsea did the tattoo laser for me. She explained everything in detail and made me feel as comfortable as possible. She is so sweet & educated & loves what she does - you can really tell. Appointment is not required, but is recommended. I went on a Friday and they were able to fit me right in with a consultation and first session. They have a nice, quiet waiting room. It's cheaper to buy more sessions in bulk. Available in 3,6, or 8 sessions per tattoo. After the laser, the healing went exactly as she said and there were no complications. I applied aquaphor as directed and that's all that was really needed as the healing went on. After just one session, there is already a big difference and I can't wait to go back for many more!
