I bought a Groupon for Kings tapes hoping to have my family memories transferred finally. I left a…read moretotal of 10 tapes with them. There was a 2 months turn around to get my DVDs back. When I received them, I had 9 DVDs total returned from copying 10 tapes. They themselves said they would put one tape on one DVD. Where did my other tape get copied to? Then, not one of the DVDs were labeled - all tapes had been clearly labeled. 6 of the 9 DVDs did not play. 2 of the 9 DVDs (that actually worked) had someone else's memories on them. The disc that did work had 22 minutes of memories on them for 6 months of memories on the tape?? I think now . . . where it the 1.5 to 2 hours of tape that was recorded go?? I left all my tapes with them in cases. 5 of the 10 tapes were returned with no case. They kept the plastic storage container I use to store them in (lid and all), and returned it with no lid. I am beyond disappointed. I was so excited to get to see our precious family memories . . . instead I have nothing - 2 months to have a jumbled mess. Will be calling to complaint tomorrow - but, will find it interesting if they even answer or return a phone call. We experience the no return phone call over the last two months also.
