Ham, Turkey, Havarta cheese on delicious home bakes Italian bread. My other half enjoyed the sliced flank steak sandwich with a mild horseradish seasoning. Both delicious. The garlic fries on the side were crispy and delicious. To finish we enjoyed a cappuccino and a black coffee from Giorgio's. Also, great wine and also beer selection. All of a sudden a rap song came on and I continuously heard the n- word, approximately 4 times in the song. I went to the guy behind the counter and said, "What are you guys playing?" He said, "Just a cd I'm going through." I said, "I don't think that is a good song to play now." He looked at me like I was crazy! There were 2 other customers in the store that were white and I was the only black person in there. After I paid for my items, the guy that was playing the music just stood there and looked at me like I was crazy while I took my time to put my money back in my wallet. Honestly, I wish I had put this on Instagram Live, but I left my phone in the car. I'm sure this would have went viral. I don't know if that song was played intentionally or not because I was in there, but I will never return here again due to the unprofessionalism. Besides that, the Asian people behind the counter always watched my husband and I whenever we came in there I would assume because they thought that we may steal something. This place has changed ownership and ever since then it has been a disappointment. I had been going here for over a year, but after all of this I will inform my friends and neighbors about this and discourage them from purchasing anything here.

Our waiter Joe was very nice. The girl who sat us gave us our menus right away. I had to wait for hubby to park, but I had time to look over the menu. All the choices sounded good. Hubby wound up with a Spinach Benedict with Roasted Tomatoes with nicely Crispy fries and a lemon Benedict sauce to die for. I got a Avocado Toast with Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onions on whole grain toast. The Arugula salad that was also on the plate was covered lightly with a lemony dressing. I added Cholula Sauce and it was so good. Another point I'd like to make is that the bottles of hot sauces were clean with no cruddy tops. That turns me off so good for them. When I came home this time, I was happy to know to find a new liquor store within minutes of my house! I walked in and was immediately greeted by who I believe is the owner. He was really friendly and even helped to look up a wine I was looking for. While they may not have everything, there was certainly a lot of wines I have never seen before and was happy to try out. I'm always open minded to try new wines! Prices were definitely within range if not cheaper. I bought a bottle of Cabernet for $4.99, a Chianti for $8.99 and a Barbera for $9.99. The store is well organized by regions and clearly labeled so it was easy to locate what I was looking for. Floor space is clean and well laid out. Food was slow and the restaurant was filled to about 30% capacity which was an immediate red flag. Chicken parm and salmon were dry and overpriced for quality. Penne vodka was adequate at best with overcooked pasta. No server checked back on us. Now to make it worse, we wanted to have coffee and talk with friends but then this loud music comes on, which is not the right fit for this type of area. The place definitely has an identity crisis. I would strongly advise against this place for a large group groups, quiet conversation. We always decide for ourselves and never go by other people's reviews because they can be subjective but the one thing that we notice is that it's never the owner's fault. Every single review that is subpar There is some excuse or they try to justify how great their place is. If you don't have thick skin or can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen! HARD PASS here!
