Getting the best deal really depends on which of their locations you go to. I tended to have had better success at the Fremont / LV BLVD location. As always, remember, they're selling used goods or relatively unknown durability / longevity that they bought from the seller at 80% less than their ticketed asking price. Walk away if you don't get the price you like. read more

These scammers don't even deserve not one star. They knowingly sold us a ps3 slim with broken usb slots to which they told us we have 24 hours to return the item should we find a problem and we tried to do so and the scumbags tried telling us because we didn't purchase a warranty that's why they can't take it back. Which is bull$$$$ FYI you only buy a warranty if you want to replace an item should it break. However these guys knew it was broken and sold it anyway. P.O.S And it was not sold AS IS item either read more

All of the same things I wrote 2 yrs ago still apply here. Great spot with a great selection of jewelry and watches. Service is still spotty, but if you happen to be there when Ladera is working, she'll take good care of you. She's very friendly and knowledgable about the items in the store. She will also check for you if there's any room for negotiation. Other than that her, most of the other people who work here are not as friendly. 4 Stars for product offering, 2 Stars for spotty service. Ladera gets a solid 4 Stars. This is still on my rotation of shops to visit when I'm back in Vegas. Return Factor - 80% read more

Zero stars...no help at all...guess they would rather chat with each other than sell a big ticket item...out of all the other SuperPawn stores this one really sucked at customer service not one single person in there attempted to offer help... read more

I tried to buy a gold necklace tonight and keep my cash local instead of buying online. A friend told me that this Superpawn had a good selection of chains so I stopped here first. After 10 minutes waiting by the jewelry section I headed over to the pawn area and tried to flag down a rep. In an office I saw 3 employees standing and talking while one woman was giving a massage to a guy sitting down. There was a line of 2 people waiting to pawn items with 2 reps waiting on them and 2 other people milling around. Not a soul in the jewelry area. Unable to get anyone's attention I called the phone number on the door. I hear the phone ringing and the lady who was giving the massage answers. I tell her I want to buy a gold chain and ask if I could get someone to help me in the jewelry section and she replies "you will have to wait in line sir". So I have to wait in the pawn line to buy jewelry? Its abundantly clear why no one else was shopping for jewelry. Lesson learned. It actually did look like they had a nice selection of chains but apparently its more for decoration than sales. This is actually the 2nd time I have had this sort of experience at a Superpawn. The last was at the one off Buffalo near Trader Joes and Kmart there. I wanted to buy some bullion coins on display and could not get anyone to help me. My guess is they make so much money off the pawns, by the time the item hits the counter for sale they could care less. Their prices are usually absurd anyways, unless you can haggle them down. You can often buy new for what they charge for old and used items. Today I was willing to spend a bit more if I found the right gold chain but like everything else, its now easier to just buy online and avoid the hassles. read more

Dear SuperPawn, I'm going to need you to get updated software and computers! I'm going to also need you to train your employees thoroughly! It's not their fault they give out the wrong information or that they don't explain things right! I'm gonna go ahead and blame this on the district manager... who by the way sounds like an arrogant douchebag! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the manager and the staff were very nice and apologetic. This company is scandalous and I think they get over on everyone. Don't worry I will not be back! No one should have to pay some outrageous amount that's not on their receipt because your stupid ass company doesn't want to get modern technology! Why should I be paying an extra $800 because of your companies mistakes?! I do not recommend this company at all! And you can tell your district manager I said he can kiss my ass! read more

A bunch of Thieves. Charging more money for used items the new ones, and giving most of the good deals to their bodies. Shocked? So was I, so read on to find out more. I stopped going to Super pawns last spring when they tried to sell me a wireless Bluetooth speaker for more money than Amazon would give it to me for new. I thought that maybe this was just a one-time occurrence, and I knew that the company was purchased by the largest pawn shop owner in the country, so I thought I would give them another chance. Not so fast though. Today at this location I saw a Nintendo switch console and eyes lit up. These make great gifts and although I already owned one I thought maybe I could get a deal on one. The person that helped me look at the item didn't actually work at the store (he admitted he was just great friends with the staff), but he was behind the counter and was great friends with the people that were working there. He showed me the console, and it was priced at $300. This is actually more than the brand new retail price of $299.99. He looked on the computer and he said that they sell new for $480. He didn't know anything about the Nintendo switch, but I showed him the official Google search for the items manufacturers price and he saw that it was $299. I opened up the item and it was used. There were fingerprints smudges all over the console. So this location is selling used merchandise for more money than a brand new version of the same thing. This got the guy at the store really excited, maybe he was planning on reselling it? Anyways, he purchased it and as I was walking out I noticed that he had about $1,000 worth of video game merchandise that wasn't on the shelves, as he thanked the people in the store for the "hook up." I get the feeling that the best friend of somebody who works there, and gets a great deal at the Super Pawn all the time. For the rest of us, I guess we get to get charged more than retail for used items. In the past when this was owned by Cash America, you could always negotiate at item set it set on the shelf for a long time. Now just like their main competitor EZPawn, they're putting on the tags when the item will drop in price and don't like to negotiate at all. Some of the items go down in price two months from now, some go down in price 6 months from now, and crazy enough items like iPads go down in price nine months later. I'm not against companies making money. I'm not some mouthpiece you complains about corporate corruption, but this is a case of corporate corruption. This is a case of absolute greed. It blew me away that I watch that guy walking out of there with so many cool games that I didn't even have a chance to purchase. I have no idea what he paid, but based on his good friendship with the people behind the counter after admitted that he didn't even work there, it made me feel like he might not have paid full price or what was on the ticket at the pawn shop. My best advice is for you all to just go to eBay. Learn how to search eBay for misspelled items or things that people are willing to get rid of because they're desperate. I won't feed these guys anymore. This was a travesty that should never have happened. read more

Don't buy electronics . They won't honor their own policies. Rude staff. Preoccupied with what's for lunch.

ok well I pawned my Hp Laptop there a while back. When I went to get it out today they had lost it. This is the Super Pawn store in Pahrump NV. So, they told me basically all they could do was that I could pick something out of the laptops they have for sale and they will give me a discount. But that's all they will do. That is NOT acceptable to me. They lost my merchandise they should have to replace it. I'm currently waiting for a response from the corporate office to see if they are going to do the right thing. read more

I am not owner of, own stock in or have any ties with this company other than the numerous times I have in emergency cash situations used them. I have had both great and terrible experiences over the years. When i read these reviews I smile, and think, man you all think your going to some super ethical. morally high grounded business facility which is in business to be fair, ethically sound or above the rest with regards to their model. Cmon, folks when you go to a Pawn Shop it's like this. Your going to get about 10% unless it's a hot item that sells fast. You should have your pshinkner puckered hard before you walk in. It will hurt if you don't pay the bill. :-) read more

I called every location Super pawn in Las Vegas to see if they had any IPhones.. I was so happy because the representative I spoke to said they had a iPhone 4S. It was exactly what I wanted and it was AT&T phone that I wanted as well! So I was extremely happy! She asked for my name and said she'd hold it till the next morning, I gave her my name and number and said I'd come in asap and that I wouldn't even wait till the next day. I drive 20mins out there go in the store with the biggest smile for them to tell me Awe I'm sorry ma'am we literally just SOLD it!!!! I was just so irritated at the fact that she said she'd hold it and that I said I was coming to the store that same day I spoke to her!! read more

This business is horrible. They will screw you over and steal your stuff. I pawned a samsung note 9 with easy pawn and withing a 45 day timeframe purchased it back outa pawn. A couple months latter I pawned my note 9 again this time at a super pawn. And I was told I wasn't allowed in the store because my note 9 was reported stolen. 4 month went by and I was cleared of the investigation. I then find out that while I wasn't allowed in the store and I wasn't allowed to purchase my items outa pawn both due to the active police investigation as well as the police hold on reported stolen item and account freeze on everything I had in pawn, super pawn was selling my stuff like I wasn't entitled to getting it back. Like I didnt get a fair chance of getting my stuff outa pawn. I spoke to a manager who was willing to do nothing. Dont go to super pawn in vegas they'll screw you. read more

Came here looking to pawn my Chanel wallet and the guy who serves me gave a look at the wallet for like 10 mins then slams it down against the counter and said he has to pass it. First of all it might not be as valuable to you but it is to me, there's no need for that kind of actions. That wallet properly cost more than your monthly income. Second of all, Chanel wallets do made in Spain. Please take some lessons in differentiate real and counterfeit designer bags. read more

Thanks miguel for helping my wife and I out made it easy and no stress at all went in the store and came out in 20 minutes or so

Went to Super Pawn to do jewelry shopping and got great service from Mike and manager Scott. It started out a little bumpy upon entering the location was not greeted, upon leaving I let two employees know that I was not greeted nor acknowledged for any kind of sales. While walking to the car Mike came to let us know that it was a very busy day for the store and a couple of employees had called out earlier that day. Following Mike came with the manager Scott who said he was very apologetic for the lack of acknowledging customers and as the manager customer service is his main priority for the store. And gave us a phenomenal deal on our purchase. Not giving 5 stars for the phenomenal purchase but for the fact that they did acknowledge my grievance and was truly sorry for the lack of customer service in the beginning. read more

Went there today to sell some stuff I had that was sitting around. It took 5-10 minutes before the staff decided to let me know that they'd be right with me. Luckily, there was only 2 other customers in the store, and both of them were being helped. That left another 3 clerks to run around doing paperwork, or whatever else while I stood there holding a printer, and a few other items. As I waited, a couple came in with a guitar and they decided to help that couple instead. This was before the "We'll be right with you." As I stood there more customers came in, and got greeted and helped before I did. Eventually they told me to stand in line, so I told them to fuck off as politely as I could and walked out after being in there for 20 minutes. read more

Great service! Mrs. WANDA was great, knowledgeable, friendly, patient. Price unbeatable.

I'm so unimpressed with the NLV Craig Rd. Store, They ruined my tennis bracelet the dumb young lady scraped a piece off right in the middle front to test it, the price was too low and I wasn't going to give it too them yet it's damaged now! Thank Goodness for social media and our thousands of friends we can tell them ALL about what they do to your jewelry before you leave and hide it from you as well! can we say BOYCOTT? No wonder they have a huge turnover with employees! I'll never go there ever again! So unprofessional! If you're not desperate, don't go to this awful place! read more

Always Helpful, and they always have something cool to shop for. The staff is friendly and the Pawn limits are better than average. There used to be a manager there by the name of Jason that had been there for quite a while. I haven't seen him in years, as I have not been able to make it down there due to an illness that prevents me from driving or going anywhere. I would like to say hello, and let him know that he had managed the best staff I have ever seen. He had some skills. If they didn't have it... He would always go out of his way for me and find the items(s) I was in the market for. I appreciate the entire staff and all the goodies they have to buy! Always great in a pinch whenever I go over on my credit cards! Yes, I am one of those! If anyone knows which store he is working in, I would surely appreciate knowing where he is and what his position is within Super Pawn. Great Service, Clean Store, and probably the best Manager. Also Ken from the Northwest Centennial Hills store was also very good to me. read more
