I booked a deep tissue massage and left with the most positive attitude I've had in several very trying years. There was definitely some profound energy healing integrated into the massage. I didn't even need my Rx for insomnia that night or the next! I'm always kept awake plagued with anxiety, and I never knew a massage could have such profound benefits to your overall well being. I just used their website's convenient online booking feature to schedule my next appointment with Nicole.

I've been saying 'I wish I had time to focus on my health' for years. So finally, I decided to make…read moreit happen. As soon as I did, the universe sent me Inner Wisdom Health & Wellness. The moment I met Leah, I knew I was in good hands. She is the epitome of calm, collected, and down-to-earth. At first I was worried that perhaps I wouldn't be capable of implementing the physical and nutritional lifestyle changes necessary to take control of my health. But I was wrong. Leah made it so fun and easy to talk through my health concerns, identify areas of focus and chart a map for navigating my new path. She is so thorough in her methodology, digging deep to look into your past while planning for the future. She does her research, and tailors each session to your needs and concerns. Plus, the fact that she doesn't just talk the talk, but walks the walk each and every day lends even more credibility to her work In just two month's time, I was able to realign my diet, diversify and increase my fitness regimen, and prioritize my time according to what is truly important to me. I feel healthier and stronger, but most of all I feel as though I am finally living authentically from the inside out. No matter where you are on your journey, Leah can help guide and support you on your way. She is the cheerleader on your shoulder you always wished you had!

Although at age 65 my health issues were very different, I found in Leah the same willingness to meet me right where I was and focus on my particular concerns. I wasn't sure how consulting over the phone would work (I live in Washington state), and was pleased at how easy it was to share things with Leah. She is an excellent listener, and she seems genuinely interested in each person's story. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, she goes to work for each client, researching issues and following up with multiple ideas and solutions to choose from. In just a few sessions, I was able to make several important changes to my diet, and am finding that I can cut back on or eliminate several medications I'd been taking for years! If you've been wanting more information about your health than doctors have time to provide, Leah is your encouraging ally on the path to wellness!

My back was in immediate pain and I was unable to do much of anything the rest of the day as well as on Sunday. As I compensated for my back, I also strained my wrist on the same side. I knew about Kristi's post-accident sessions and connected with her on Monday morning. I was thrilled that she fit me in for this session; she worked on me for about 30 minutes, bringing to my attention some underlying emotional aspects that can "speak" through this area of the back. As she worked and spoke with me, I could feel some of those previously unconscious concerns lift off of me. She worked no only on my low back and my wrist but integrated her energy work throughout my entire body. At the end of the session, as I got up, I was shocked that I had no pain doing what just minutes before had really hurt. I have experienced Kristi's healing abilities with helping to release unconscious thoughts and patterns that can hold one back. This is the first time I've utilized her healing acceleration sessions and all I can say is "Wow!" Thank you so much for taking care of me. It was such a BIG HELP!

I do not take Rx drugs and have found her natural healing ways far more effective than western medical with or without Rx prescriptions. I go to her for pain relief for injuries. Her healing energy always speeds up the healing process too. Recently I was diagnosed with macular degeneration in one eye. A "wet" break was detected ie a bleed. She started working on it that day. I did go to the specialist who's images showed a decrease in the size. He said sometimes the images are different. I told him about Kristi and what we'd been doing. He said he doesn't disagree or question anything anymore. He's realizing alternative ways are working for "some" people. At least he's open!! Kristi has helped or healed everything I have gone to her for. The cost is irrelevant compared to my health and how long things get dragged out in western medicine. Oh, I had to wait 3 weeks to see the eye specialist. Granted I called Kristi on a day she had time for me (and we did the session by phone) but it would only have been a day or two max, not 3 weeks. Thank you Kristi. I am so glad you decided to share your gift with the world.

Since covid and mask wearing all day at work, I can confidently say that I don't feel the need to wear makeup ( which I'm not anyways , because it gets all over the masks) but my skin looks so good that I wish I could show it off and not have to wear a mask . I'm 53 yrs old and my skin has seen some sun over the years. But these treatments I've had done have made a huge difference in the texture. And it's visibly noticeable!! I feel younger too! Which is the whole point....is it not?! Mary knows her stuff and works with you as to what you are looking for in your beauty regimen. Do yourself the favor and give yourself some self care ! You won't be sorry. I followed Mary to this new spot at Elements beauty loft in October 2020. And during this pandemic I had been doing my own nails and didn't want to go back to where I had been going due to the small space and it often being over-crowded. I saw a post of one of the clients that Nicole had done and was so impressed with her talent I thought I would give her a try. Being in the beauty profession myself ( hairstylist/ Microblading artist) I am VERY PICKY about my nails. Let's just say I don't have to look any further. Nicole has such talent and also has a very gentle touch and a sharp eye for perfection! For the first time in 15+years I have my own nails!!!!! My manicures have lasted 2-3 weeks and still look like the day I walked out of the salon. Can't wait to get my first pedicure too! All is covid friendly and safe! Give it a try!

In this appointment she targeted my pressure points and lead me through breath work, which was incredibly helpful. She gave me the space to open up and be comfortable talking and FEELING the experiences that I'm currently going through. I felt so safe and that made a world of difference with my energy... When I opened my eyes at the end of the session I realized that I felt a wave of peace. I had forgotten about the waves of emotion and feeling, and remembered that life is what I make it. Mary took the time to remind me of my own self power and worth. This woman is a powerful and motivating force, and I have no doubt that her services would change how you might view a problem or situation in the future. I want to thank you Mary for always surrounding me with feelings of love and protection, and allowing me the space to feel. You're very special person. If you've read this far or are considering her services, let this be the sign to book with her. Thank you Thank you Thank you!
