My latest session was the New Moon Sound Journey (I've done one other; Shadow Work Sound Journey; Past Life Sound Journey; one Tranquil Tuesday; and an all-day yoga, mindfulness, movement, and sound Journey at the Orchard event). If you are a hearing individual, I cannot emphasize enough how restorative, grounding, and transformative/radical (getting back to your roots and self) any sound journey event by Supernova Sarah & any master collaborator she creates a healing session with. My only regret is that I did not make it a necessity to go to the Sound Temple regularly for my self-care and mindfulness. If you have a chance to work with Sarah in any capacity, do NOT miss it. I recently attended a Sound Self Healing Workshop with Supernova Sarah Daigle! The workshop included Self Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls, Self Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls, Voice Activation and Self Healing with Gongs. Sarah provided an incredible hands on experience with a diverse group of healing tools and a voice activation experience. I went to an event a couple of weeks ago that Sarah was hosting at the Healing Hale and all I can really say is wow. I was so nervous about attending, mainly because I couldn't get anyone to go with me, but as soon as I walked in I felt relaxed. If you are someone very sensitive to other people's or places energies, there is definitely a lot of energy, but it is not overwhelming like it can be in some places. The event I went to was called Soul Awakening and it took place around the winter solstice. There were a fair amount of people who attended, and while it wasn't super personalized (which was expected) I definitely left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I am so glad I attended, and I am trying to decide what is the next event to attend. If you are interested in holistic health, then this is the place for you. read more

I had knee pain so badly that I thought surgery was in my near future. It was starting to hinder my yoga practice. I happened to stumble into Sarah's Gong Meditation at my studio. I met Sarah at the gong meditation at Sun Yoga and have been coming to different events she's hosted and I've loved everything I've gone to. I really appreciate her openness to her clients and how caring she is. I was really skeptical and unsure when I went to my first gong meditation about what to expect but I'm always open to trying something at least once and now I'm addicted and go to every event I'm able to. I 100% recommend contacting her for reiki services or learning about her gong meditation events. I met Sarah by randomly picking up her card at a yoga studio. On a whim, I made an appointment. I went in open minded. I imagined it would be relaxing, soothing, and subtle. I've always resonated with Sound Healing, but when I was introduced to the Gong, I was changed forever! I would attend as many Gong Meditations as possible, and met Sarah as a result. My body was shifting and my mind was getting clearer, yet I sensed I needed more. After one particular evening of Gong, I signed up for Sarah's newsletter, and received information about Sarah offering private Healing sessions that were a blend of gong, Reiki, and any other healing modalities Sarah felt inspired to use.
