The owner refused and the phone conversation became unprofessional and he would not let me get a word in and threatened me with a lawyer because I stated I'll be taking this to social media.  I never leave reviews like this but I can't believe that interaction even happened. She does a very good massage and asks what area she should concentrate every time. Once in awhile she did have to answer the phone, but I believe they have an answering service now when there is a customer. I have gone back many times because the masseuse is very good, friendly, and pleasant. She keeps the place very clean from what I can see. There is a bit of a language barrier, but we don't talk much during the massage. If you want a massage and nothing else, go here. If you are looking for anything other than a massage, go elsewhere because you won't find it here.

I decided to wait in the relaxation area of the dressing room. The massage therapist never showed up for my appointment. Ten minutes after my massage was supposed to start, I checked in with reception to find out what is up. The massage therapist finally found me. She then told me my massage would be less than an hour because she had called my name in the sanctuary area and I did not show up...and assumed I was with the one of the groups. I found her overall tone very off putting and it felt like I was blamed for being late for the appointment when she did not really even try to look for me or call. Thankfully the manager let me reschedule the appointment for the next day at a discounted rate and gave me a complimentary glass of prosecco. I just feel like at a hotel and spa which is so expensive, that guests should be treated respectfully. I will go back, but will make sure it is not to the therapist who was rude to me.
