The representative showed up for his appointment on time and in a company vehicle. We went through the home from room to room and he took a detailed inventory of everything I needed to move. The cost was very fair. The deciding factors for me were that they had all of the necessary insurance to protect me and my belongings, and the movers were company employees NOT hired day laborers. The day of the move a team of four showed up on time and ready to go. You could tell that they really knew what they were doing and treated all of my belongings with care and respect. Quality Movers was able to move me on my time schedule for the closing of my home. I will definitely call them when I am ready to move everything into my new home.

It took 2 men 10 minutes to do this. They charged me $325 and I told them to call their boss because that was a ridiculous price for 10 minutes of work. They both agreed. I spoke to the owner and he brought it down to $250, still a ridiculous price! I had moved here recently and didn't know anyone so I needed help. They have taken advantage of a senior citizen! I would never recommend them!

They showed up on time and worked efficiently. They were great at accommodating us when our closing was delayed due to Hurricane Ian. There was some very minor damage, but they took care of the cost immediately and with no questions asked. I certainly don't plan to move again for several years, but we would highly recommend them.
