I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties. They covered, wrapped and labeled every piece of furniture we had, and did it with care. They were v. professional yet personable. While Roy is doing all the loading of my Uhaul, Kyle is loading items I had given him on MY TIME. I called Teresa at this Company, explained what had been going on with Kyle and that I think she should take an hour and she DID NOT. This 26 ft Uhaul is only 3/4 full and could have been loading in 2-1/2 hours if I had two men loading, instead of 1. I gave Roy a brand new $1000.00 couch n love seat and he loaded that when he was through loading my truck. I would not recommend this Company, but call the real Village Movers, who I thought I had.
