After having bought the "full car" option. When I arrived , the owner Bryan, said that it wasn't the actual price for the "full car Ceramic" and gave me a "deal." Because of the "Lifetime Warranty , "the Manager Mike, and the owner always took such great care of me and made me feel like a valued customer, I felt that it was worth it to pay a little more. Even after my car was broken into after coming here. That is up until today; I brought my car here today for a "warranty repair " and Bryan proceeds to tell me that the "lifetime warranty " only applies to bubbling. Not nicks in the tint or any other situation only bubbling. Since they have replaced it before, with no issues I was completely confused. No where on the receipt or anywhere in the store does it say that, on top of the fact that they have in fact done the repair on two other cars. So........ After much back and forth, he did honor the warranty replacement. But considering the stress from having to demand that they honor their own warranty, on top of the fact that my car was broken into after visiting this store, No, I definitely do not recommend this tint store.
