I wanted to rate this compwith five stars. They were very very nice and very informative about most things. However, after speaking with my husband, who could not be at the site of the accident, and to my insurance company I found out that the man talked me into towing our car to his yard for his own financial gain. I totally get that; but I thought it was a bit deceiving, I was told it was best for us financially to have the car towed to the yard instead of our house or the body shop.
Not only did they want the $200 for storing the car but also thought they would get paid to tow it to the body shop. Well, our insurance called their own tow company to retrieve the char.
I am glad I was involved in this as my husband usually takes care of these matters, I learned how things work. read more
