I was referred to this company by Issaquah Pest Control when that company stopped servicing Sno Co. Snohomish Pest Control did an adequate job, but then they got a new owner in the spring of 2026 and did not inform the customers. The official company email then stopped working, so I kept trying to email the old email and did not get a response. Then, I completed the "inquiry" form online and got an automated message that they would contact me soon. Nobody ever did. When I FINALLY tracked down the owner, he basically told me it was my fault that I never physically called the office. Well, I'm a busy wife, mother and home manager. I rarely CALL offices during business hours. If I email, text AND submit an online inquiry, I expect a response. We fired Snohomish Pest Control and are back with Issaquah Pest Control. They were out at our place last week and I could not have been happier with their service.
