I knew exactly what I wanted and she helped bring my vision to life. They also made my laundry room cabinets and countertop and converted a small matching closet across the hall from laundry into a doggie area, drop zone. The installation was also very professional and they spent a lot of effort to ensure everything was satisfactory. I returned today to have a closet designed. Looking forward to that getting installed too, which should be within a week!! I highly recommend Artemisa!

While remodeling my mother's bathroom and kitchen, I decided to hire Artemisa to build the kitchen…read morecountertops and vanity for the bathroom. While expensive, they provided good quality and installation. However, when I later returned to them in order to build 3 small 1 inch and a half floating shelves they wanted to charge me over $300 without installation which is offensively overpriced. Not to mention that after already spending over $3,000 with them, one would expect them to cut you a discount given that you came back to their business on two separate occasions. Nevertheless, they didn't seem to ever return my calls or follow up with me except telling me that the previous girl I spoke with Jenny quit in November. Only causing more confusion rather than solutions to my query. To this day as you can see in the picture of the kitchen, on the right corner I have yet to get my 3 floating small shelves despite that their Yelp page clearly states they do fine carpentry. So these shelves should've been an easy quick job given its size and scope. Hopefully the owner Damien who was very nice and did the measurements of my bathroom will see this review and kindly reach out in order to rectify this long overdue customer experience dating back since August 2018.

0 stars if i could. Scammers. Carlos acts friendly at first but ends up being dishonest and doesn't…read morefollow up after receiving payment. Avoid this business, not trustworthy, and they do lousy work. Carlos said it would be $100 dollars to "prepare" the area and $100 to "install" the sod. I paid upfront and was told everything would be ready to go when the day came. When they came to do the job, they showed up late and without the sod, saying that it wasn't ready. They left to go pick up the sod then came back 1.5hours later and still didn't have the sod. .... they then began to prepare the area, simply weed whacking the grass that was there. Left to go pick up the sod again, and cane back TWO HOURS later. I know this because I took a whole day off of work in order to supervise the work. When it came time to "install" the grass, he was literally going to just place the sod on the spot and call it a day. I then told him "aren't you going to level the ground then put it down systematically?" He argued for a bit that it wasn't necessary until I insisted that it be leveled first. WHATTA JOKE. My elderly relative and I literally had to start doing it ourselves so that him and his guy would follow suit. They took all day to do 1 thing then at the end of the day hurried and left without even watering the grass. He even didn't haul away the mound of old grass, dirt, and debris as he said he would. And when we asked him about it he said the garbage men would pick it up. I ended up having to dispose of it all myself. I also asked Carlos several days later asking if he would come to finish the job and plant the several trees as we agreed as part of the deal and he said thats not his job, someone else in his staff was supposed to come do that and he doesn't do things "for free". I ended up planting all the trees myself as well. Spent nearly $1000 dollars and that's the treatment i got. Needless to say the reviews are all true and you should not go anywhere near this place or people. You're better off doing everything yourself.
