I would give a zero if I could !! Anyone trying to replace or buy chairs or stools for home or a business. I would be very very careful dealing with Superior Seating in Kenilworth NJ. I bought new bar stools and within 3-4 months they were already broken! I called the company which then gave me a long run around and refused to replace the stools. They offered to sell us the same stools but at a discounted rate! Smfh. I then told them I would be calling the better business bureau so they then tell me they would allow me to go to a warehouse to possibly fix the stools. To make it seem like they are trying to help us. This is going on for months might I add. They then say they can't fix them and still will not replace the stools but we can pay $25 each stool for a different model which don't match the set we purchased of stools and chairs for our business. Then the sales guy who sold me them Ed said I have to again speak to someone else in the company named Jane the sales manager whiuch was the one who originally gave me the run around (which is the most rude and unprofessional person you could speak to might I add my husband could barely get a word in with her) so once again we are being bounced to someone else with no real solution and they do not stand by their products. This is the worst most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!! I informed them I will be speaking to our attorney and filing a claim as I have exhausted every avenue to try to fix this situation and keep a good relationship with these people. Do yourself a favor and be careful. The floor models are not what they are sending out. Ed even admitted to us we probably received a bad batch!! Smfh. He then said since I will not take the offer of paying for new stools and taking it as a loss that he will not do anything for us. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing !! read more

The Team at Superior Seating is outstanding. I have owned and operated restaurants for the last 40+ years. I called Superior Seating out of the blue after finding them online. Roxanne and the team were unbelievable. You know what its like sometimes dealing with people you do not know. Not in this case! They answer the phone, they send samples, deliver seating on time, on their promissed delivery dates. And guess what? The custom booths and chairs are outstanding, of high quality, and perfect. My restaurant is a fine dining house which required nothing but the best, and they delivered. They also were able to send me additional fabric to recover my existing booths. I purchased hundreds of chairs from this company and when I started ordering a new type of chair the chairs were falling apart and bending when customers would sit in them I addressed it with the company and they said that we were using the chairs inappropriately. They did not want to refund me my money and instead sent me 2 new chairs. Whiles those chairs were in transit I had about 4 more chairs break. I told them I would send all chairs back for a refund and they refused. They did not want the chairs back because they knew they were garbage. I reported them to the BBB and the BBB ordered for them to refund me the money and they never did. The owner is not a nice person with 0 customer service skills. He would make accusations and call me names like a child and acted like he had no idea what was going on. I highly suggest paying a couple dollars more for a quality chair and good customer service. read more
