Very unprofessional, they do not communicate, sometimes days would go by before we received a call back, we had to chase them to come and finish their work, except when they wanted to get payed. We always payed on time, however they said they would complete the job in 8 weeks, it took them almost 14 weeks. The issue with their delay is they did not keep us posted, we had to call every time. They also forgot to put down the gas line for the fire pit and we had to call them to remind them, when they finally put the gas line in, they left the drainage pipe short, and it had to be fixed by the people who were putting the stone down.
