Staff would not even call. In spite of my trying to call them the day before my appointment for the third time to make sure they had everything they needed was on the website and sent a message because you cannot call directly and got no response when I showed up they refused to take the Heart House script for the third time.

I literally didn't make it to a seat in the small waiting room when my name was called to be seen for my lab draw, after I checked in on the convenient iPad! Woo hoo! "Jonet" (spelling?) did my labs. Verified my demographics prior. She even had me double check the blood vial stickers! Pretty good stick and sweet girl. This is my go-to Quest. Time it well & you can pick from a bevy of great restaurants for lunch (Akira, Annas Indian, Chipotle, ETC!) within this awesome Eagle Plaza shopping center.

Surgeon contacted the Urgent care and found out his labs had been back, they knew about the flesh eating infection, and that antibiotic prescribed was worthless, yet THEY NEVER INFORMED MY DAD! If not for this surgeon, my dad would be DEAD! Completely worthless want-to-be "doctors"...STAY AWAY!!!

I do not live in the area and after I encountered a medical issue my son took me to Patient First in Voorhees NJ! It by far exceeded my expectations! The care I received from Dr. Rosenthal and the staff was some of the best support I have received from ANY medical facility and I have experienced many across the United States. The staff to include x-ray support could not have been better, this is a team that lives to provide the highest quality of care, efficiency, effectiveness along with a caring spirit second to none! Of note Dr Rosenthal explained in depth the issue, course of treatment and executed it flawlessly; a credit to the medical profession. I was unbelievably pleased!
