Anyway, they were busy at 10 am and I waited about 30 minutes. Good thing you can pre-check-in online and save time when you arrive there. Nurses were nice and I got some new drugs (which I've taken when I had sinus trouble last year). Feeling a bit better after the day ends and ready to get some serious shut-eye.

While doing…read morethe initial intake, an angry parent came in demanding to know why he was being charged almost $500 for a bandaid for his son when they ran out of stitches and couldn't properly care for his child. Against my better judgement, I stayed to be seen. First red flag was when they wrote my personal medical history down in a note pad instead of typing it in a secure on-line portal. That violates hipaa, god forbid the wrong person picks up that notebook and starts reading it. I got x-rayed and told that they cant see anything on the x-ray but I might have a fracture and to make an appointment with my podiatrist. I was given an ace bandage and crutches because they don't provide medical boots. They then gave me pushback when asking for my preferred pharmacy due to the fact that it is over an hour away from them, even though I told them i didnt want any pain medication. I only wanted my injury documented and wanted a mobility aid. Despite the fact that they took my insurance information, a few weeks later I recieved a text message from them, stating I owed $481 for my visit, when I have a $0 copay per my insurance. After not receiving an EOB from my insurance company, I called my case manager who informed me that they had no record of my urgent care visit. I then called AtlantiCare's customer service line only to find out they did not even have my insurance information on file. I, once again, provided my insurance information and it is now covered, saving me from having to pay the almost $500 for my visit. Be very careful upon going to this location. If you know you have a $0 copay for urgent care centers and receive a bill from them, make sure you call your insurance company before paying a single penny.

On May 17th, I was transported via ambulance to Marlton Virtua Hospital. Jeremiah and Morgan were…read morethe EMTS or Paramedics. I was not well so I am not sure their title . They were terrific. I was scared and sick. When they came to my house,my pup was barking with all the visitors. They didn't blink and he is a big guy. By the time they got me in the ambulance, they had calmed Wilson too. The thing is, they didn't just transport me and dump me off t the hospital. They stayed with me till the Emergency Nurse came to take over. This helped. It's hard to be alone when you are not well.. I appreciated their care and kindness. Then the RN, I think Tiara? Began her professional attentive care calmed me. When you can't breath it creates fear and she was quick to give me care. Jade was already waiting to do a chest x-ray and was as kind as could be. They don't want you to drink anything, when you first arrive till they determine your care. But when you are struggling to breathe you become very uncomfortably dry. My Nurse gave me a sponge wipe for my lips. It sounds small but it so was not. Dr. Sing was terrific and efficient. Answered my questions and admitted me to the hospital. I was eligible for hospital at home because I am a senior . An excellent choice. I had been in this program before. I have asthma that can get out of control and they have been able to stabilize me before. The care you can get at home without being in the hospital is a big plus. A virtual doctor visit every day and 2 RN visits give you the support that you need without the trauma of being hospitalized. The Doctors were fantastic. I can't remember all their names but I do remember a Dr Leu and Dr Malek. There were 2 others and I am sorry I cant remember their names. The Doctors did not just give me medical directives, they partnered with me and planned with me. Very noble. Thank you. My Nurses, Christine, Michael, Joe, Sarah and Emily, all very thorough and compassionate. Even the couriers who delivered needed medicine, equipment and even food were prompt friendly and professional. I am feeling better and those partners are the reason why. Wilson Cheese made a bunch new friends. It's nice when the folks are caring for you, accept and understand your extended family. Thanks to you all.

Her demeanor was great and I am so thankful I am a Virtua patient via my doctors and any healthcare I may need.

First and foremost, the place was very clean. Next, everyone from reception to the medical team were professional with a caring attitude. Something that's hard to find anymore in the medical arena. And last, the wait wasn't bad at all, I was in and out within one hour. So if you're looking for urgent care, that's great. I highly recommend Cooper urgent care and Cinniminson.

I and when I showed up, I almost had a seizure trying to provide a urine sample, over 2 hours trying since this was a surprise. As it turns out--i was NOT covered after 4 months of providing information, Horrible experience for an epileptic trying to provide a sample was not needed, instead of telling me I am not covered, they almost induced a seizure . Lies, unprofessional and they seem very confused.

I thought I had a respiratory infection of something like that. The staff carefully examined me, took the requisite tests, and treated me as if I was a long time patient. In fact, I told the doctor that I have been looking for a doctor and I asked if they ever take patients ... you know making the Urgent Care their personal care doctor. Sadly, he said no. The most important part of my visit ... the life saving part of my visit ... when the doctor came back to the examination room he calmly told me I didn't have a respiratory infection. He then asked, "Which emergency room are you going to go to?" Wait, an ER? Me??? The guy who hasn't been to a doctor in ages ... Yes, underlying what I thought was a sinus infection was a heart issue that might have killed me in a week or two but this Urgent Care doctor calmly and professionally directed me to the ER giving a quick explantion of his concerns. One week later I had two stents in my heart and a new regimen of medications, which I would not have had if I had not gone here. He got it right ... I am alive and doing quite well. FIVE STARS ... FIVE LIFE SAVING STARS!!!!

The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and not helpful. Not sure why she is still there. If she doesn't like dealing with people she needs to find another job, preferably not working with sick/injured patients. Quality of care from the doctors there is hit or miss. Not something you want to take your chances on when you need help.
