Hands down the fastest and most painless I have ever experienced, and I felt compelled to write an online review. I was in and out of there in no time, felt like I was in expert hands for the entire procedure (which I can't say about most dentists), and felt almost no pain at all. No special techniques for numbing, either. I just think some dentists know how to work in a way that causes the least pain to the patient. He is, in addition to being highly experienced, reassuring and very gentle. Today he took time to numb my mouth in three tiny applications instead of one big one, so the shot didn't hurt. He softly mumbles what he is doing, and what will be next so I remain calm. If I didn't know better, I would think he was Mr Rogers. If you aren't as happy with your dentist as I am with Dr. Silber, I encourage you to call him for an appointment. You will be glad you did.

Kazanowski "Dr Kaz" decided I needed a root canal at a routine appointment. (I only had a sinus…read moreinfection) While doing it himself (rather than referring me to an endodontist), he broke off a tool inside my tooth. Rather than tell me and stress that I needed to take care of it, he just sealed it up and let me find out at my next dentist's appointment. When the other dentist took bitewing x-rays a year later, he was appalled... I ended up losing the tooth (molar #14) a few years later because the SECOND root canal required to get the tool out left the tooth severely weakened. Quite an ordeal, and completely unnecessary to begin with. Needless to say I do not recommend Kazanowski.

Dr. Kazanowski or Dr. Kaz is a fantastic dentist with the upmost care and bedside manner that is far above anything I have experienced before. When I first arrived, I was taken to his office to fill out the standard paperwork and instead of turning it in and being lead back to the lobby, Dr. Kaz entered and we began our discussion on my history and what I was looking for. This was very welcomed and I truly appreciate the personal touch. Furthermore, his dental hygienist is fantastic, working though my quadrant and cleaning away well under my teeth. And of course, as I am waiting for my cheek to climb back on my face and the rush of pain to ruin the rest of my day, however, it never came. She did such a great job during both of my appointment so I know it is not a fluke. Finally, his office staff. Now this has been my biggest complain about doctors offices in the past, which have been filled with the online-educated assistants, who got their degrees while watching the Maury show. Literally the Cooley Law School equivalent of the medical schools. However, Dr. Kaz has none of these, all very personable, sharp, and do not waste my time, which is what I look for out of a staff.
