We buy every year and take it to Los Angeles for an annual Utah Pot Roast Party for our neighborhood. We get people calling in Aug to see when the party will be for that fall. We have 50 to 70 people and they all claim the pot roast is the best in the world. Several have tried to make the same with Don's rub and local meat with admitted failure. Just going in and talking with Don and his wife is a treat in itself with the plus of knowing you are going to get the best meat in the world.

The quality of the meat is fantastic and I love that they are a local, family run operation. The lady who visits the farmer's market is friendly and always remembers us. She is great at giving suggestions on cuts of meat or new items to try, as well as recipe or preparation ideas. If you have the opportunity to support these guys, please do!
