I called and spoke with Debbie about getting a seam fixed on my leather sofa. Want to replace sofa in a couple years so didn't want to do to much to it. She recommended a clean and conditioning on the whole sofa too. The price was very good so I did that too. Don came on time and explained what he could do to get it looking good and prevent cracks. My color is hard to match but he matched it perfectly! We are so happy with the results. I never imagined how good my leather sofa could look!! We just got our Arizona leather sectional and ottoman cleaned and re stained and it looks brand new. We have had our couch for about 7-8 years. every few months my husband cleans it himself but over the years being on it all the time and having 4 small kids it started to get some stains, sun bleached areas and some dry spots. Don came out on time, worked for hours to get every spot complete. Needless to say we are very happy with how clean it looks. We have an expensive couch that we want to last many more years. If possible I would give this company10 stars. Great service; friendly, professional. More important, they do a fantastic job. Our leather sofas looked better than brand new. Don really knows his business and is so service-oriented. He cleaned, reconditioned the leather and added stuffing to the cushions -- which were originally down feather, making the sofa so much more comfortable that it was the day it was delivered. Debbie, who does the scheduling, is very quick to respond to emails. And the best part is he comes to you -- no hauling cushions to a place and then having to wait a week to get them back. I had a 12 year old couch, chair, & ottoman that was dirty, getting dry, & in need of mending on the welting. They not only provide the convenience of mobile service, Don was timely, and went straight to work. All I can say is WOW! I thought our couch was a goner...my husband's sweaty, hair sprayed head really messed up the couch. We had spent a lot of money on our couches from Arizona Leather. The tech applied a leather cleaner/conditioner with some cotton material. Wipe on, wipe off. The service was completed in about an hour....the couch looks a little better. I could not be happier with my couch that was repaired by superior leather. I had a lot of pet damage not just from my cats but also chew damage from the dogs. The technician that came out took his time with the repairs to make sure everything was just right. When he was done I could not believe he made my couch look brand new. I was in shock.
