Joe completed the project ahead of schedule and below budget! Fast forward to 2025 when I noticed an issue (rake trim was dangling). I contacted Joe and although I hadn't required any of his services since 2010 he remembered who I was and within a few days had one of his crew come out and repair the dangling piece of rake trim. When we had a few remaining questions, Kevin was kind enough to come out to the house again to walk around and answer our final questions and concerns. As first time homeowners, I appreciated that he was patient in answering our questions and explaining options. I was blown away with his responsiveness and willingness to help us throughout the process - a true professional! Install day went well, Kevin came to oversee his team and returned the next day to inspect their work before collecting payment (impressed again).
