John was very professional and went about taking measurements despite all of the tree branches strewn about the front yard. They were also the most expensive but included things that the other bids didn't so in comparison it wasn't apples to apples. He didn't knock or ring, but my motion camera recorded him walking past both signs and hanging the ad. Knocking is not the issue. Leaving ads after passing two "No Soliciting" signs is still soliciting. It shows a blatant disregard for a homeowner's posted wishes. This is unacceptable. If a company can't respect a simple "No Soliciting" sign, why would you trust them to act ethically while working on your home? In my opinion, stay away from Apex Premier Roofing. I will not do business with them, and I've asked to be removed from their contact list. Companies should train their staff to read and follow signs. This experience tells me Apex Premier Roofing did not.
