It's a very convenient grocery store to go shopping at. It's always crowded. The parking is bad. It's hard to find a parking because you have street consumers. There usually selling their food so the parking lot is always full. There's no customer service the workers doesn't even say hello. No one says hello. The quality of the food is good. They're are people who follow you around the store, watch what register you get in, after the cashier rings you up & your ready to pay. They swoop in and Swipe their EBT card and pay for your groceries. Avoid at all costs, the people shopping here have 0 respect for personal space and don't watch their children that will touch your items and jump up and down on your feet. Entire building is surrounded by drunks. Everyone in the store is so oblivious that people will get in the 15 item only express lane and have over 80 items, to top jt off I saw a review on here of a customer getting mad because they were told they have too many items to be in the express line. Genius!Not only do the shoppers have bad manners but the cashiers have 0 home training, they always have an attitude, they let their friends get in express lanes with wayyy more than 15 items. Lines are always snaking back into aisles because they never have enough people working and the cashiers always have to call for help to ring up the simplest things, or people will get in line with $200 worth of items and only have $20 in their pocket... act shocked when their card declines, now the whole line is shut down and another line is shut down because two cashiers have to recycle all the items back onto the shelves. Avoid at all costs! Side note: meat section smells like actual death but they have great cuts of meat for the area. Bakery makes 10/10 cakes especially for children's parties. Amazing store with some great employees. Surprising actually, considering the area and the customer base in the area. First thing upon walking inside, I see tortillas being made. Shows how much I've seen in my life - that was the first time. It was awesome to see and know that the tortillas I purchased were still warm and fresh. (Snacked on a few in the car and yum!) The store was very clean and organized. Everything was in stock, laser-lined, and neatly presented. For our Spanish speaking friends, the signs above were multi-lingual and sorted well. I'm a big fan of the queso fresco - and they have some of the best behind the deli counter. Everything was smooth and easy. I'm pleased with this location, although it's far from my home. read more

I've came here several times but just recently on 8/25/2017 I witnessed the worst customer service I've experienced. It was in cashier line 11 where the cashier (Angel) was so busy with her co worker (Nayiesha I believe was her name) from line 10 on FaceTime with someone. All customers were looking at each other like "what the hell is wrong with them! so unprofessional!" That's why you do that on your break or atleast away from the customers.
