I like it here. If you come on the weekend, they usually have samples in the first area when you walk in. Tamales at the front of the store that are cold are 2.50 but the fresh ones in the pots are 2.99. A tub of guac is kind of expensive at around $10. Much cheaper to just buy all the ingredients and make it yourself- unless you're lazy, like me. I always get their tortilla chips and cup of flan. If fabric softener is on sale, I'll buy it here too. The cashiers are friendly enough. I'll be back in about 2 weeks.

Very disappointed with the service, we asked for 1 chile relleno (3 pieces) not COMBO! And were charge like a combo meal $10.99 (for one chile relleno????). Didn't notice because we bought a lot of items. Till we got home we saw the charges ! Very unprofessional and dishonest! Be very careful

What an amazing experience at Bazaar Meat with my family!…read more Same day reservations were easy to make. We were staying at the Palazzo so it was super convenient to walk down to the restaurant for dinner. Ambiance was beautiful, chic and classy. We loved the plush bench-chairs at the table. Since we were dining with 2 children, we decided to order à la carte instead of picking a tasting menu. Our server Robert was the best. He was kind, explained how the food was going to come out at a slower pace to allow time for the steak to cook and rest properly before serving. My favorite dishes were the caviar cones and wagyu carpaccio. Flavors were amazing. It was definitely the best carpaccio I've ever had. The caviar jamon tacos were also good- a carefully sliced piece of ham on a nori sheet topped with caviar and gold leaf. My daughter had the sloppy Joe's- I had a taste and thought it was delicious with the skinny fries on top. I'm not a big meat eater, but we got a ribeye to share. It came out perfectly medium rare and was delicious. I really enjoyed the sides, especially the wild mushrooms. The Brussels sprouts leaves salad really surprised us- we've never had it served that way and it was very good. My kids especially enjoyed the "butter with some potatoes." The flan at the end really surprised us. The flavors were so balanced. I didn't want to order dessert, but ended up eating most of it. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Our usual server, Sunday, happened to be off that evening but Robert took great care of us. He was attentive, professional and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the night. I've been here enough times that most of the dishes we ordered were already familiar to me, but they were just as satisfying as I remembered. More importantly, everyone I brought with me thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which always makes a return visit even better. The food continues to be consistently excellent, and despite the new location, Bazaar Meat still feels like one of those restaurants I can confidently recommend when someone asks me where to have a great dinner in Vegas. My only preference for next time would be the seating. We were seated in the darker section of the restaurant and I think I'd enjoy the brighter dining area near where the steaks are displayed a little more. Either way, another great dinner at Bazaar Meat. I'm sure this won't be my last visit.

The pork ribs are wonderfully juicy and packed with deep flavor, pairing nicely with the complimentary sweet BBQ sauce even though they do not strictly need it. Unlike most places where the pulled pork dries out, this one stays remarkably moist and savory throughout. Chili (4/5): A very unique side that is much thinner and more watery than a traditional chili, holding a texture closer to a thin spaghetti sauce. Despite the looser consistency, it is absolutely packed with a variety of delicious smoked meats in every single bite. Mac and Cheese (5/5): An exceptional side dish and a clear favorite of the meal. It's incredibly rich, creamy, and distinctively flavored with sharp cheddar, which gives it a much bolder and more satisfying punch than standard restaurant mac and cheese. Corn Bread (5/5): This side functions almost like a dessert, boasting an incredibly sweet, vanilla cake like taste. The high level of sweetness provides a nice contrast to the intense salt, smoke, and savory flavors of the massive meat plate. Logistics Tip: Parking is limited but manageable between the two adjacent lots, and there is a clean restroom on site. To help beat the intense heat, they generously provide complimentary bottles of ice cold water. Keep in mind that they hosted live music on the late Saturday morning that we went. While it adds a fun, energetic backyard vibe, it can get incredibly loud and makes chatting with friends difficult, so you may want to bring ear protection or plan your arrival time accordingly.

The moment I walked in, I loved how bright, clean, and modern the space felt. It has that casual, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal slowly. The staff were super friendly and attentive from start to finish, which made the experience even better. We decided to try some of their newer menu items -- the Chicken & Sausage Plate ($15.99) and the Picanha Plate ($16.99). Both were absolutely delicious. The meats were grilled perfectly, juicy, and flavorful with that signature Brazilian-style seasoning. The Picanha especially stood out -- tender, rich, and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of char. For sides, the Brazilian cheese bread was warm, soft, and slightly chewy -- such a comforting bite. I also really enjoyed the pasta side, which was creamy and surprisingly tasty. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and balanced. Overall, B:STAKÉ is one of those places where you can feel the care behind every dish. Between the great flavors, friendly service, and clean atmosphere, I can definitely see why my friend recommended it. I'll be back soon to try more from the menu -- this spot deserves more attention!

Ribs were very tender and paired nicely with the sauces. My favorite sauce was the sweet bbq. The cornbread was warm and had a cake like consistency which I loved. There were a few things we ordered that had potential like the brisket, baked beans, and koolaid. We asked for a leaner cut of brisket and while it was lean, it was not tender at all. If it were, I'd be willing to order again. The baked beans were a little too spicy for my preference and the koolaid barely had any sugar. I was not a fan of the greens, yams, loaded or mashed potatoes. The greens had an interesting flavor that none of us cared for, the yams still had skin pieces and outside of sugar didn't hold any flavor, and the mashed potatoes were bland. The restaurant itself is spacious. And the lady who rang up our order was really sweet and helpful. I also noticed they had an AYCE deal that sounded like a good price if all guests in your group are willing to commit.

This place is......not good. I'm honestly blown away by some of the reviews. The food, the service, the vibe - it was all lacking. I eat at a lot of steakhouses, so I may have higher expectations than the average diner. Service: - Our server was very friendly, but forgot about us the entire back half of our meal (we even skipped ordering dessert because we were completely forgotten about and sat there for so long after finishing dinner). - He was not well versed in handling wine (which IMO in unacceptable for an "award winning steakhouse"). He handled the wine glasses by the bowl instead of the stem and poured extremely large servings, about 4 oversized glasses from a single bottle. Food: - The steak tartare was very thick, large chunks instead of a classic fine mince. It was served with tasteless bread that had heavy black grill marks on it. Would never order again. - The calamari and brussels were both tasty and fine. - My NY strip was so full of tendons that I couldn't even chew through it some of it. I can't remember the last time I actually left a piece of steak on my plate from a dinner. - We were ordered a flight of steak sauces and they were spread all over the table with no explanation of what was what. - As for sides, we ordered mash, mac and cheese, broccolini and cauliflower....all very average. Vibe: - completely lacked ambiance. The lighting was bright, there was no background music, and it felt more like a casual neighborhood diner than a place you'd expect to enjoy a nice steak dinner. Unfortunately, this visit reminded me why it had been years since my last visit. Between the average food, inconsistent service, and lackluster atmosphere, I left genuinely wondering how this restaurant has earned such high ratings. Summerlin has far too many incredible restaurants to justify another visit, and for a steakhouse, I'd choose T-Bones or Harlo every time.
