I insisted we order my favorite dish from when I'd eaten at Bazaar in LA which is the Philly cheese steak and they did not disappoint. My favorite dish of the night again. We ended with a shared ribeye which was very well cooked but my dining partner needed a little punch so asked about sauces and we got a truffle sauce to go with the steak that was an absolute standout. Black truffles floating in a rich but not overpowering sauce that made the steak 10x better. It was a quick but great meal with solid service. A manager experienced in customer service should already know how to handle these situations rather than putting that responsibility on the customer. Incorrect orders also create a domino effect for the entire table. Out of courtesy, everyone waits to eat until all meals arrive, leaving others with cold food. I'm HUGE on customer service, and as I've said in previous reviews, it's what determines whether I return and spend my hard-earned money.
