My initial message: "Hi Brian, I am just looking for a quote for 2023 tax filing, not to actually start it yet. We will be needing help on a couple of tax situations this year." His exact response: "Understood. I will provide a quote for 2023 during our call. I just sent the questionnaire." He then emailed me the questionnaire; I put I was interested in "Individual taxes" and sent it back to him, I NEVER put I was interested in Investment management or any other kind of financial services. So he knew this whole time I only wanted tax preparation. He still proceeded to call me today and asked a few questions related to our tax situation. Then at the end of the call he asked if I was looking for someone to manage our investments, I said not at this point...we are only looking for tax preparation now. His tone completely changed and he abruptly told me in a condescending manner we are not a good fit because they are saturated with tax preparation clients and he's looking for clients who want investment management. I was pretty shocked at the change in his tone and his annoyance once I told him I didn't need someone to manage our investments. Again, I made it VERY clear from the start I was looking for tax preparation services only from my initial message AND the questionnaire he had me fill out. I honestly don't know why he still called and was rude when he knew he couldn't take on any more clients who only wanted tax filing.

I happily give ERA Credit 5 stars. Wish I could give more…read more I knew my credit needed repair but didn't know the first thing about how to fix it. I Googled 'credit repair' and got back thousands of results - attorneys, bureaus, experts... and zero idea who to go with. I wanted a 'human' who would take the time to talk to me and really examine my credit, not just run me through some cookie-cutter set of repair procedures. So I picked ERA Credit services because they had good Yelp reviews - most others had either no reviews or they were bad. Turned out that I made a great decision. I called and reached Dale. He was at a credit education conference out of state and still took the time to talk to me. There was no pressure to buy anything; in fact, he didn't even mention paying for his services until we exchanged a few emails and determined I was a good match for what he offered. I ended up paying for his services a few months ago and my credit has already improved. The reason I write this review today is that yesterday I got a call from Chase Bank saying someone tried to open a line of credit in my name; it was fraudulent. Dale took my call after hours, and followed up again at 8am the next morning. This guy is great, I trust him.

She didn't over promised but, most definitely delivered everything like a true professional would have. Other credit consultants made me feel my credit was horrible, in desperate need, and, or either they would be able to fix my score within few months. None where as precise and straight forward like Jenn. She let me know my credit scored wasn't the best yet it wasn't the worst either. My problem wasn't much to do with collections but late payments and little hiccups on the way. Jenn is a true professional. I would say she "like an attorney" fighting with the Creditors/ bureau and finds angels to help every situation you encounter in the past. Most definitely a true fighter that is passionate about her job. It's great waking up to emails you're credit score has gone up and I have to thank Jenn for it.
