Dave is a great person, who does amazing work. They did my top in one day since I was far away from his shop, and I was worried that it would be rushed. I have used the boat a bunch since and the quality is amazing. There was a couple minuscule issues when I picked up my boat, and they fixed them on the spot. Sent me home with extra parts in case of an issues and guaranteed a great warranty. There are a couple of features that I didn't know I would want until after using the boat that I wish now I would have gotten. I know Dave cares about value for his customers, but I almost wish he would have tried to upsell me, as I will have to go back and add these upgrades at a later date. We recently purchased a used 15' Arima that's in excellent shape but needed its canvas replaced. The manager discussed with us what we wanted and provided suggestions that made sense such as replacing current straps with solid support arms that would provide more stability. I was really impressed with the amount of time they spent with us on explaining how to put up and take down the canvas, and how to safely store them. They also did some last-minute modifications (added straps and buttons) after learning how we would be using the boat.
