The worker (who was by himself) was rude and not accommodating when I was leaving in the morning and told him I had to get out of my garage. His reply was "so you don't want us to clean your drain today?" Of course the work needed to be done, but you need to move to let people out. (Note: The HOA didn't give us a heads up that the worker was coming, otherwise I would have parked on the street away from the driveway.) The worker was so lazy, he didn't want to drive out of the driveway into the street, so he just pulled off to the side of the driveway and made me squeeze by. We called Alpine after seeing them at one of the home shows. We arranged a time to meet to go over…read morethe job. JP was not only on time, but he politely waited until the time if the appointment before coming to the door. He proceeded to look over the proposed job site, offer advise and give us different quotes based on different paver options. For reference, the job consisted of 300 sq ft of pacers plus a fire pit and sitting wall. Once we had agreed a price and scope of the job he gave us a date 5 weeks out. Five weeks later we had a call from the office saying they were ready to start. The job proceeded as planned and was finished in time. Every night the foreman ensured that everything was tidied away and the area was left near and tidy. Whenever we had questions they were always answered to our satisfaction. We were extremely happy with the end result and would certainly consider using Alpine again. They're not the cheapest but the quality of the work, especially the prep and foundation work, justified their price.

After the CCB mediation process I was left unsatisfied and continue to have water enter my basement. I do not recommend this company. They do poor work and do not stand behind their product. Terrible customer service no accountability. Why review now? Because nearly 4 years later I continue to have flooding in my basement (varying in severity), that I've lived with because it's easier to manage rather than going through legal action.
