We start talking about days that would work for us and she had one day in mind but it was not good for me, so I gave her 3 other options that would work and she couldn't give any answer and said that she would have to call me back with the answer on 10/03/19. On 10/03/19 at 7am I called them again to set up a day and a time and once again no answer ... still waiting for her to call me back. This company only has 2 guy's on the job and 2 guys on call and no cherry-picker or a lift. 10/04/19 by this time I have called 4 other companies and have had quicker responses back.
