KBA Land Clearing did an excellent job for our HOA. We needed undergrowth cleared around an area of…read morefir trees so they could remain healthy. Brian gave us a very good estimate, and after a little juggling of arrival dates, Dominic arrived with their forest mulcher to do the work. Dominic was very skilled with the equipment and got the job done well and in less time than was estimated. The mulcher mowed some field grass that had gotten a couple of feet tall, then chewed up the blackberry, holly and hawthorn that had taken over. The machine is pretty amazing. It is able to take down fairly good sized trees, s as well as the smaller brush and vines. The area that we had done did not need a manicured look, so we went with Tier 2. Both of the people we dealt with communicated well - returned texts and calls - which was wonderful. When we had a glitch with delivery time on our end, Brian helped us figure out a solution that worked for everyone. We would highly recommend KBA!

In addition to handling the on-site work and all the street sewer and water tie ins, they had to do some digging on our property in order to remediate a fuel tank leak. This work was in tight quarters and right next to our foundation so a lot could have gone wrong with a less experienced operator. With Konell I was never worried. Ivan, the owner, is highly experienced, extremely talented, very professional, and is well equipped... the entire job was completed in 4 days included demolition, leveling, gravel bed, compacting wire mesh reinforcement and concrete pouring, smoothing and sealing. I had seen another driveway he had recently done in our neighborhood which was beautiful and even so, I was overwhelmed with the quality of the work, the absolute professionalism and the willing accommodation to add little extras here and there after the original bid, without extra charge.
