This was 15 years ago and he still kept his business card handy. I contacted the company owner, Segundo, and received a call back the same day to schedule a site visit and preliminary assessment of the project. Segundo spent about an hour on the property and listened to what I wanted to do. He gave me several pricing options low, moderate, and higher-end that varied based on the quality of materials and other considerations. One thing that stood out about Segundo is his honesty about what needs to be addressed in project vs those items that were not a priority. For example, I was planning to replace 5 windows in my attic that would have cost thousands but he convinced me that it was unnecessary, saving me a significant amount of money. Their level of professional integrity was the main reason for choosing them for this investment. This massive job was completed in about 5 days, working from dawn to dusk each day.
