I prepared for a trip and wanted a compete service to my brakes, well, on my trip the brakes were constantly on the rotor causing my wheels to be black as coal when I reached my destination. when I returned and pointed out what happened, the owner recommended a caliper repair, which didn't solve the problem. Needless to say, the business will not stand behind their work. I do not recommend getting my auto repaired there.

Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars.
