I tried renting 3 ATVs for the first time for my husband's birthday only a week before the event. Living in Houston, there was a flash flood warning a few days before the event was due. I reached out asking if they think it will be ok still to drive in that condition, and their response was I should take caution as it gets muddy quick and the park's river may swell. Since it's my first time ever, that was a little scary to hear. Well, the flash flood warning was still in effect the afternoon before the event, so I asked if it would be ok to cancel since I don't want to put anyone at risk. They said they have a strict 50% no refund policy 14 days before the event. I asked if this is still the case with a possible natural disaster. I would literally have to wait until the morning of to see whether I can still throw this birthday party or not, or to try to put something together last minute. They thought it was fair to charge me $150 for cancellation. If they incurred a loss, I'd understand. I'll have to disagree with them charging me since booking only one week in advance and having a flood warning advisory, I doubt they lost any money due to not renting it out to another potential client. I'd like to think I'm a pretty fair person, but in this case, I would say I highly disagree with how they handled this situation and wanted to make a quick buck. I couldn't even get anyone on the phone the 3 times I called! Not so "Super Fun". Had rental set but due to COVID and state park closures needed to reschedule. Super Fun said " no problem, will hold your deposit and you can reschedule later"......tried to contact Super Fun and no response from them. That was a $500 deposit. Awesome experience! The RV we rented was everything. The size and the amenities were more than we could've asked for. The price was really reasonable. They delivered it to our event site, setup everything, the bbq grill, left us some gas and even provided us with folding chairs and a popup tent. Although we didn't use it (we brought our own), it's nice to know they had one if we did. Kevin was available by text each time I had to ask a question and he was very patient with me as I have quite a few questions. He answered them quickly. I will definitely use them again when and if the time comes and will also be recommending them! I wish we would've known they had an ATV. All in all I could not have asked for a better experience. Please beware, this place is not good to do business with...I should have followed my 1st mind...They do not answer calls, you have to text or leave a vm only to get ignored...the one time someone responded, we communicated briefly via texts...I reserved atv only to get no response as to where I pick up...I called, texts, left voicemails only to NEVER here from anyone...I went in the vicinity they told me they were located only to not find anything...I asked the local stores, even an atv park and no one has heard of this company...All I no is if my info is used and my card is charged you will be sued for a whole lot more...you ruined my son's fucking day and I was unable to find another atv rental company because they were all booked...I have contacted my credit card company and they are very well aware...I should have listened to my 1st mind telling me NOOOOOOO and the reviews...any reviews on here with more than 1star are FAKE and telling a fuckin LIE...This won't be the end of destroying this company and putting them out of business if they haven't already been just lying as if they are still operating...STAY AWAY!!!!
