This Superdrug store is probably below average, but still a decent store. I came here reasonably late on a Saturday before closing, hence it was rather quiet.
The store is hard to get in, especially with wheelchairs, they is one enterance for in, and one for out and honesty the store isn't big enough to warrant it, to get in with a wheelchair you do need to open 2 doors, and it is hard to help people because you need to open a door from a certain direction, which is tricky and the staff didn't seem willing to help.
The only staff member who was working seemed like a malfunctioning robot, I loudly said "I wonder where something is", and then had to ask her, she shown me but then, while I was just standing near the till, she kept asking me am I okay,
The range here is decent, and a little pricey but I guess this is just average for a Superdrug, they is a small range of drinks, all typical of what you would find in a Superdrug including Lipton Iced Tea.
This store is quite poor especially with staff and access issues, but as it isn't completely terrible, I don't feel it deserves 1 star, but it sadly doesn't deserve more than a two. read more
